Super friendly staff
Pros:

Lady on reception was super friendly and helpful ..room was nice and clean and good size and ac was a god send in hot weather … breakfast team in morning very kind and so helpful

I had a nice sized accessible room that was clean

Cons:

Not the room it's self I'm just a bit worried that some power wheelchairs will not fit in the lifts as ther quite small

Breakfast was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

It was a bit confusing to get to. The x12 bus route was correct but wasnt clear which one we should get , it was a bit unreliable also. Was 30 min walk to NEC on very busy roads but was a good alternative

Pros:

Have stayed there many times and will continue to do so when in the area.
A big shout out to the receptionist, McKenzie, who was so helpful and polite.
Breakfast is excellent.
