Staff were fantastic
Nothing really.
Friendly staff
Tv not working in room
Very helpful staff and very clean
Rooms were a little dated. Breakfast options limited.
Value for money, great location
Limited breakfast options for vegans/vegetarians
Looked nice and clean but wasn’t as great as first seemed. Main member of staff was great but lots of inexperience
Dirt on kettle, cracked toilet seat, paid extortionate rates for parking but couldn’t get a parking space either night, served the wrong food and drinks due to staff not actually listening when I was ordering, bed was hard, only one pillow, put the sign on the door requesting not to have the cleaner but they still came in anyway whilst trying to sleep.
Close to the airport
We had a family room and there were four of us sharing two beds, a too cramped but ok for one night
Hotel was clean and the staff were lovely very well set out hotel
Cost of car park was a joke as a customer i was shocked at the price this has really put me off visiting again we shouldnt be paying to park when we are paying to stay.
There was also a constant buzzing noice coming from out side which disturbed our sleep we also couldnt have the aircon on while we slept as all we could hwar was a constant noice as if it was deaining water like water going down a drain in the bath which meant the room was way to hot.
Breakfast the orange juice and apple juice was room temp not cold cutlery was bare took a while to top up bread was also low.
Loved it all
It was great
The location was fantastic — super close to the NEC and with excellent transport links, making it really convenient for getting around. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also really lovely and a great way to start the day.
The main downside was the location on some very busy roads, which made getting in and out by car a little hectic. The car parking was also quite expensive, with only 24 hours option £15 which added considerably to the overall cost of the stay.
Great location, very friendly staff, excellent price.
Air conditioning is great.
Being given a disabled room without being asked.
Bed was a normal double, we prefer king size.
The wardrobe was wierd, too narrow for hangers.
