No mushrooms with the breakfast. Not real butter with the breakfast . The bed was too small . It must of been a small double

Really central, friendly staff , car park fee lets it down

Superb staff
Pros:

It’s warm clean and comfortable with superb staff. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful if they tried they were absolutely on the ball with all of my requests and went above and beyond

Cons:

I think someone smokes at night near the aircon inlet because my room through the middle of the night smelled of cigarette smoke

Close to NEC friendly helpful staff on reception.

Cons:

Menu said food served 24/7 but when we asked they said food was finished. Some breakfast items had run out
