located in a quiet area, 10-15min walk to town centre, a supermarket nearby, a bus stop right in front of the hotel to and from ayvalik; friendly and helpful staff; good breakfast; nice faraway sea view

Cons:

room is slightly smaller than expected; could add few more fruit/yogurt bits comparing to the overall prices; didn’t get a chance to use the pool since we were there in November but we knew about the shutdown of pool beforehand so something for next time then

Ein Hotel mit fragwürdiger Verlässlichkeit....

Parkplatz (gratis) vor dem Hotel auf der Hauptstraße; Schöner, gepflegter Pool; gutes Frühstück (auch mit warmen Eierspeisen und frisch gepresstem Orangensaft); 2 freundliche Rezeptionisten (Herren);

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer war mit Garten-, Berg- und Stadtblick beschrieben. Richtiger wäre gewesen: Blick auf die bei Tag stark befahrene Hauptstraße und einen Olivenhain jenseits der Straße! Die Fenster waren aber gut gedichtet, sodass der Lärm bei Nacht nicht störend war. Fenster öffnen bei Nacht war aber nicht möglich. Wahrscheinlich haben wir nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen, zumal überraschenderweise ein geringerer Betrag eingezogen wurde...Der angekündigte Balkon war ein französischer(!) zur Straße hin...Zimmer sehr klein, nur eine Nachtkästchenlampe, keine Legemöglichkeit für Wäsche, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad/WC, Wasser im Pool kalt (kälter als im Meer!), Bei Vollbelegung des Hotels zu wenig Liegemöglichkeiten beim Pool. Zimmer wurde nicht geputzt.

Çok keyifli bir konaklama oldu. Gerek dekorasyonu, gerek odaların ve havuzunun temizliği, gerek açık büfe kahvaltısıyla güzel bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladılar. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Eşim de ben de çok memnun kaldık. Konum itibariyle de gayet iyiydi.

Otelin genel atmosferi güzel, kahvaltı lezzetliydi. Çalışanlar tatlı, güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Temizlikten de memnun kaldık, odalar düzenli ve hijyenikti.

Sabah erken geldiğimizde kahvaltı dahil olmadığı söylendi (ki teknik olarak doğru), ancak kişi başı fiyat yüksekti.(kişi başı 600 TL) Ücreti dahilinde kahvaltı yapacak olsak bile kahvaltı sırasında masaların doluluğu gerekçe gösterilerek erken yememiz rica edildi. Bu nazikçe ifade edilse de, biraz acele ettirilmiş gibi hissettik. Otelin genel hizmet yaklaşımı biraz fazla “kural odaklı” göründü.

Otelin kendi beach’i olması avantaj gibi görünse de, erişimi kolay değil. Yürünebilir bir yol bulunmuyor, toplu taşıma sınırlı ve taksiler kısa mesafe olmasına rağmen sabit 200 TL alıyor. 4 gece konakladık ve her gün sabah-akşam taksi kullandık; bu da ciddi bir ek maliyet oluşturdu. Otelin beach’e kısa mesafede düzenli bir servis sunmasını beklerdim.

Genel olarak konforlu bir oteldi, ancak küçük detaylar misafir deneyimini etkiliyor. Daha ulaşılabilir hizmet ve misafirperverlik odaklı yaklaşımla çok daha keyifli olabilirdi.

Konakladığım en temiz oteldi. Muhteşem bir kahvaltı hizmeti vardı. Sakinliği, huzuru ev konforu sağlıyordu. Bar çalışanlarının ilgi alakası ve kibarlığına değinmeden de olmaz. Koray Bey ve diğer arkadaşın emeklerine ellerine sağlık. Çalışanlar o kadar ince ve titiz temizlik yapıyorlardı ki.... 10 yıldız üzeri olsa değer temizliğine... Cunda 'da ki adresimiz belli oldu artık😊

Pros:

Konaklamamız genel olarak çok iyiydi. Odada ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı ve özellikle kahvaltısı son derece güzeldi. Çalışanlar da son derece ilgili ve güler yüzlü. Bir tek eksi sayabileceğim şey odanın dışından gelen sesleri odadan duyabiliyorduk çok sesli bir otel olmasada belirtmekte fayda var.
