Top-Lage, Service teilweise gewöhnungsbedürftig, wenn man nicht Stammgast ist.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist aufgrund des Panorama-Blicks auf den See top - Frühstück und Abendessen waren (nach Südtiroler Maßstäben!) leider nur „in Ordnung“.
Die Wirtsleute sind wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit (Tourentipps etc.) - das Personal im Service ist dagegen sehr speziell, wenn man nicht Stammgast ist.

Cons:

Der Service am Frühstücksbuffet war „gewöhnungsbedürftig“, insbesondere wenn man kein Stammgast ist:
Tische mit Blick auf den See wurden (trotz ausdrücklicher Nachfrage) z.B. bereits rund eine Stunde vor Ende der Frühstückszeit nicht mehr neu eingedeckt (es sei denn für Stammmgäste - das empfanden wir als besonders unhöflich)!
Unser Zimmer mit Blick zum Weinberg war sehr dunkel und leider direkt über Bar und Küche (mit der entsprechenden Lärm- und Geruchsbelästigung) - Schade!
Wir empfehlen daher besser ein Zimmer mit Blick zum See zu wählen!

Personnel tres disponible, souriant, chaleureux et très aidant. Accueil vraiment agréable. Le lieu est splendide et la nourriture vraiment excellente !

Es war rundum eine gelungener und erholsamer Urlaub.
Pros:

Der herzliche Empfang von den Inhabern und das sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Personal. Die Lage des Hotels mit privatem Zugang zum Kalterer See.

Ruhige Lage inmiiten der Weinberge mit Aussicht auf den See,wunderbarer privater Badeplatz am See. Tolles Frühstück und Abendessen. Familiengeführtes Haus mit top Personal.

Eine herrlich entspannte Woche
Pros:

Der Service ist außergewöhnlich. Alle sind um das Wohl der Gäste besorgt, vom sehr leckeren Frühstück bis zum Glas Wein am Abend. Der Chef gibt sehr gute Tipps für Ausflüge in der Umgebung. Hier gibt es natürlich viel zu erkunden.
