Short stay.
Pros:

Staff were great, and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Upstairs rooms don't have any Air conditioning, and with the recent heat the room was very hot and stuffy.
Property is close to main road so some traffic noise but that wasn't an issue.

Comfortable stopover but extra pet and parking charges made it expensive.
Pros:

Easy to find, staff pleasant and efficient. Room was a good size and the bed comfortable. We were only on a quick stopover so can’t comment on the restaurant or other facilities.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking and the pet charge is unnecessarily expensive.

Great location for an overnight stay
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great, lots to choose from. They know how to fry bacon and make delicious fried tomatoes. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Good, easy to find, location just off junction 15 on the southbound M1.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking. We booked a room for two people but the room we were given only had one chair in it. Another was provided promptly after we asked.

Lots to like at this hotel.
Pros:

Large, clean comfortable room (including bathroom). Friendly staff, good breakfast choice. Plenty of parking (although chargeable) with EV chargers, which was a nice bonus.

Cons:

Room didn't have air conditioning but did have a fan provided. Absolutely no storage space for anything that couldn't hang up in the wardrobe, which would have been annoying had we been staying for more than 2 nights. Hotel location isn't great - it seems to have had a major road network built around it so nothing is really within walking distance.

Short and sweet and good value - our bar bill nearly matched the cost of the room for the night :)
Pros:

The greeting was very polite and helpful, the hotel communal areas were nice and clean including the bar area. Staff were very polite kind and friendly. Room was very nicely done with little touches like the greeting on the TV screen etc. Toiletries were of good quality. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. The bar was nice, with a relaxed and calm atmosphere which after a hard day was very welcome.

Cons:

The bathroom in the room smelt of drains. Once I ran the shower this seemed to sort the issue but really it should have been checked because the smell of an open drain is not really very welcoming when first entering. The bar food was a little underwhelming for the price. Portions were conservative and the club sandwich with the additional egg was a bit greasy. Still tasty though.
