Hilton Northampton Hotel

Our family of 5 had the most beautiful stay at the Hilton Northampton! After 26hrs travel from Australia, we were greeted by the lovely Andreea S. and Nicha who were a breathe of fresh air and checked us in quickly and efficiently! They were attentive, informative & so helpful. Our family room was spacious, comfortable and clean and perfect for our children. The buffet breakfast was also great, and the service from Martha was incredible!
We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come back again! Thank you team, you made us feel at home!

The breakfast was great. Didn't realise there was omelettes aswell until we had completed breakfast.

The reception staff were excellent and were operating at a standard far higher than expected! Special mention to Andrada!! The hotel is child friendly, the room was fine, the restaurant produced perfectly fine food for my party and the breakfast was a very good start to the day! I will be returning whenever we have nearby events to attend.

As a frequent business traveler, I truly appreciate when a hotel understands the needs of professionals on the go - check in was handled quickly which I especially value after a long day of travel, and even though I had a late arrival time, Andrea S on reception was courteous, attentive, and well-informed, offering clear details about amenities, without me having to ask.
The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable throughout my stay, another "must" for me as I always need to finish some overdue work tasks. Will definitely return.

Amazing stay at the Hilton Northamtpton.

Great customer service from Andrea on the front reception desk. I recently visited for a work trip and came back again for a personal trip as the service and ambience was so good the first time. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are clean and updated. The gym is also worth a visit and I will be coming back for sure.

It’s accessibility to where I needed to attend. Lovely hotel really spacious, clean staff were excellent. Even down to the little touches of things that you may have forgotten to pack etc face wipes, toiletries.

Good quality hotel with large rooms, comfy beds and good facilities. But the real standout was the service we received from Sandra at breakfast. Sandra went out of her way to make breakfast special for my son and she was super attentive to my niece’s dietary needs, taking her through the gluten and dairy free options and showing her everything that was available. This made a huge difference to us all and really set us up for the day ahead.

Great place to stay along the M1. Plenty of parking, rooms were clean and spacious and the bar was a relaxing place for a drink and snack. Would recommend the new spa suite, excellent value all round. Many thanks to Angela on the reception who sorted spa availability as well as Andrada and Nicha for check up messages

Hotel was very clean and inviting. We landed here by mistake and had to move to another hotel 2 days into my stay. Andreea was very helpful with helping us make arrangements to cancel so that we could closer to our friends and family. Thank you Andreea for helping ease the pain of this terrible mistake.

I had an excellent stay at Hilton Northampton, where a great experience is always guaranteed thanks to the very professional, polite, and welcoming staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely looked after.
A very special thank you to Gemma, Andrada, Olivia, and the rest of the team for their outstanding customer service. I stayed in a lovely room equipped with a Peloton bike, and when I needed assistance using it, Andrada and Olivia were more than happy to help. They took the time to explain everything clearly and did so with genuine friendliness and a smile.
I also had friends visiting during my stay, and Andrada and Olivia made arranging the car parking incredibly easy. What could have been a hassle was handled quickly, smoothly, and without any stress, which really showed their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile.
The hotel offers excellent value for money, combining comfort, quality facilities, and exceptional service. What truly sets Hilton Northampton apart is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, who consistently go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and supported.
This is exactly what excellent customer service should look like. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

Very nice rooms, comfortable bed.I travelled for business with my company and really enjoyed my stay.The receptionist Andreea S was lovely, she was friendly and she helped me to move my room to a ground floor room, when she saw my luggage.Really appreciated the customer service attention and care.

Lovely hotel, with big and spacious rooms for a family.I would like to highlight the receptionist Andreea S as she really went over and beyond to prepare all this amenities for our children(lego in the room, colouring books), while being friendly and really kind to us and our kids after a long hard day on the road.The food from the bar was delicious as well.We will definitely be back.

The hotel is well situated, close to the M1. For a change, the parking charge is a reasonable £8 per night, rather than the usual £15-20 at many hotels. The rooms are large and well furnished. The heating is by electric panel, but it looks old, so I do not give that 5 stars.
Breakfast is substantial, with lots of choice, and the staff are very attentive and understanding. I take my hat off once again to Sandra, who stands out as a genuine kind person, with a great rapport with all guests.

Had a one night stay, in February 2026. Greeted at reception by Olivia and Angela. Very welcoming and helpful. Arrived earlier than the normal check in but was accommodated with an upgraded room. Very pleasant and professional check in and explanation of hotel facilities.

I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent.

What really stood out was the receptionist, Angela. She was absolutely brilliant and went above and beyond to sort out my booking and make sure I had the right room. She was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful, which made the whole experience stress-free and welcoming.

Thanks to Angela and the fantastic hotel team, my stay was truly enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this Hilton and would be happy to stay again.

The staff were excellent. Despite only starting one night we managed to have a number of issues from a sick child to a mixup about when breakfast finished serving. In all cases the staff were accommodating and helpful, sorting out our issues with no fuss and going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed so we could have a relaxing stay.
