Excellent staff
Pros:

As it’s located on the motorway I expected noise but it was lovely and you wouldn’t have known that the M1 was close by

Great weekend away
Pros:

I liked the room and the facilities. Breakfast was amazing. appearance was excellent and staff good

Cons:

TV was difficult to control channels.

No lift as we were upstairs. If I knew this I would have opted for the ground floor.

Lovely helpful staff a large room and comfortable bed
Pros:

Staff were excellent ,bed room size, ev charger on site, location nearM1

Cons:

Everything was good, a cracked tile on the bathroom floor might have given a better look but did not affect our stay

Pros:

Our family of 5 had the most beautiful stay at the Hilton Northampton! After 26hrs travel from Australia, we were greeted by the lovely Andreea S. and Nicha who were a breathe of fresh air and checked us in quickly and efficiently! They were attentive, informative & so helpful. Our family room was spacious, comfortable and clean and perfect for our children. The buffet breakfast was also great, and the service from Martha was incredible!
We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to come back again! Thank you team, you made us feel at home!

Good short stay
Pros:

The breakfast was great. Didn't realise there was omelettes aswell until we had completed breakfast.

The hotel is quite far from the center.

Will be staying again...
Pros:

The reception staff were excellent and were operating at a standard far higher than expected! Special mention to Andrada!! The hotel is child friendly, the room was fine, the restaurant produced perfectly fine food for my party and the breakfast was a very good start to the day! I will be returning whenever we have nearby events to attend.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike!

Great business stay experience
Pros:

As a frequent business traveler, I truly appreciate when a hotel understands the needs of professionals on the go - check in was handled quickly which I especially value after a long day of travel, and even though I had a late arrival time, Andrea S on reception was courteous, attentive, and well-informed, offering clear details about amenities, without me having to ask.
The Wi-Fi connection was fast and reliable throughout my stay, another "must" for me as I always need to finish some overdue work tasks. Will definitely return.

Pros:

Amazing stay at the Hilton Northamtpton.

Great customer service from Andrea on the front reception desk. I recently visited for a work trip and came back again for a personal trip as the service and ambience was so good the first time. The hotel has been recently renovated and the rooms are clean and updated. The gym is also worth a visit and I will be coming back for sure.
