Great Staff, Great Location!
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming and friendly, which was the most outstanding feature of our stay. A special shoutout to both Nicha and Olivia at reception who were very understanding and accommodating of our needs. Breakfast had a good variety of options and was of good quality. The location was ideal for us and very convenient just of the M1. Parking was ample and hotel was easy to locate.

Cons:

Having allergies to pets and given the hotels pet friendly policies, this did pose a challenge for us. Given the very high standards of other Hilton branches, this branch could improve further in providing a more luxury feel. Our room did lack a mini fridge and bathroom was somewhat underwhelming.

Pros:

Large rooms with comfortable bed. Very friendly and efficient staff. Large, well equipped bathroom.

Cons:

No lift and slightly clunky shower controls.
Rubbery poached eggs.

The staff, food and everything was good just tihe bathroom let it down

Always a pleasure and will be back next year
Pros:

Friendly and welcoming service. Loved the colouring options at the reception for children and check in and complimentary hot chocolate and loved the welcome message on the tv. Nice new touches.

Cons:

Breakfast could have been hotter and more variety of fruit but all in all was a great selection

We enjoyed our stay and we will return.
Pros:

The bad was very comfortable and the room spacious. Breakfast had most food you'd wish for. The staff were extremely kind and helpful.

Cons:

I would have liked soy milk for breakfast.

Super clean comfy room , cosy bar / restaurant lobby area..

Cons:

Reception staff need fine tunning, booked a king room just to be sent to a two double bed room went back and it was sorted..they really need to pay attention to detail..however very good overnight stay.

Breakfast was great. The kids really enjoyed it

Cons:

There was nothing significant we didn’t like. A couple more bath towels might have been handy because there were 4 of us, but we were ok with the 2 provided so we didn’t need to ask reception for more.
