probably overpriced for what is overall a tired hotel with very unloved exterior
Pros:

Have stayed in this hotel before and liked it hence coming back its in a good location for main tourist places in Norfolk . Breakfast was good and room was adequate.

Cons:

This Hotel is in dire need of a revamp, internally its looking tired and furniture looks well used.
While the swimming pool was quite nice, although bit on the small side as regular members occupied most of it and left little room for us to swim. The changing facilities are really poor.
The external appearance of this Hotel is shabby, the gardens are not maintained and the windows etc are covered in spider webs, very untidy.

Pros:

It was peaceful, food was very good, breakfast laid out really well with plenty of choice. Staff were all helpful and polite. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Garden was ok but could do with a tidy up !

Supert hotell som eg kjem til å bruke igjen, mykje pga frukosten og vennligheten.
Pros:

Nydelig frokost! Vi kunne bestille gratis omelett i tillegg til varmdisk og kald disken, omeletten var svær og nydelig, perfekt stekt bacon og veldig bra utvalg på frokosten. Eg overnatter mye på hotell i norge, men den frokosten her var topp!
Vi har ikkje hund sjølv, men dette var eit hunde vennelig hotell, det var drikkestasjon for hund og litt div hundesnacsk, synest det var ein positiv ting, og ikkje minst koselig. Store rom.

Cons:

Kunne vert litt bedre ventilasjon og air condition.

It was close to the airport.

Cons:

Air-conditioning didn't work.. tv didn't work. No remote control for the TV. Even in newly refurbished room there were no usb sockets.

Rubbish and hot

It was clean and staff very polite and friendly

Cons:

Well I booked a hotel that had air conditioning but it didn’t work so I complained in the morning that evening we went to our room there was a fan on the floor which was rubbish. No explanation or nothing just a fan on the floor. I checked out next morning and again mentioned the air conditioning they told me that because there was a lot of people there and everyone was using it at the same time it became overwhelmed but isn’t that what everyone does at night when it’s hot we all use it. I said I could have booked a different hotel half the price with no air conditioning.
Absolutely ridiculous excuse in my eyes. I have asked for my money back. Still waiting for a reply
