Clean, Comfortable, and Great for Kids
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and especially kind to children. The kids’ area in the restaurant was also very helpful and made our visit much more enjoyable. The facilities were clean, the food was delicious, and overall it was excellent value for money.

Cons:

On Saturday morning, my child was reprimanded by a woman who was doing water walking exercises in the pool. It was disappointing, as the pool should be a shared space for everyone.

Due to visiting family, this hotel was a perfect one night stay. We would stay again.
Pros:

Our booking was for a standard double (with a walk-in shower), but as an IHG Member, we received a room upgrade that included bathrobes and slippers, plus two complimentary drinks from the bar.
The reception team and bar staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The TV signal was very intermittent. When mentioned to the reception team upon departure, we were told that, unfortunately, this happens more often when the weather is very hot, but less often when the weather is cold.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, we have passed it numerous times on route to a competitor’s hotel and didn’t realise
Pros:

The facilities were very good and the walk in shower was better than the over bath options in other hotel chains.

Cons:

View out of window was a brick wall.

Pros:

We had a lovely stay. The Premium Double Room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge, spotless bathroom. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. The dinner was fresh and of excellent quality. The spa facilities were quiet, relaxing, and enjoyable. We also appreciated the hydration station, which was always stocked with fresh cold water and fruit.
Excellent parking facilities as well. Thank you for having us – we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Brilliant stay
Pros:

Amazing staff all around. From Kat who checked us in and Annette at breakfast and everyone in between. Breakfast is real value for money with a generous spread. Really child friendly and welcoming

Very close to the airport!! So so conviniebt!

Just the food at the restaurant was very very bad!! Deep frozen stuff … warmed up took for ages very bad taste did not eat anything but paid 60 pounds - no receipt… do t need any but obviously the lady there… is not the owner

Oh and i forgot the first room was not accesible by this key so i had to run down to the reception 3 times!!! The third time they gave me another toom cause it was easier for them just to give me another room that to come with me and fix the doir! I was there since 13:40 but had to wait till 15:00 to get the first room then i got the second room at 15:30 although she could have given it to me earlier!! Bad reception mow that i think of it
