Good location to stay very close to the Norwich airport.
Pros:

Very convenient to the airport site - literally 5 minutes walk across the road and airport parking lot. Clean room, good dinner and breakfast choices.

Good base for a weekend stay near relatives
Pros:

Good location near to the relatives we were visiting. Also very dog friendly, given we’d taken ours with us, and they obviously really welcomed dogs with biscuits, information on walks nearby and dog friendly restaurants etc.

Cons:

We had water leaking through the ceilings in the bathroom and bedroom early on Sunday morning, but the staff acted very quickly and moved us to another room.

Lovely beds and wonderful bathrooms
Pros:

We loved the breakfast, rooms were clean, staff were friendly. We had issues with the car charger for the electric car.

Too noisy and terrible mattress left us with no sleep.
Pros:

Location, room size was good

Cons:

Talkative receptionist, which was fine but I was in a hurry and she basically wouldn’t let me go, just kept talking far too much.
Shower pressure was terrible, literally dribbled out.
The mattress was terrible resulting in a bad nights sleep.
Noise was very load at night, combined with the terrible mattress resulted in very little sleep.

The water pressure was terrible. I tried using the phone to contact reception and it wouldn’t go through. I also kept hearing thud noises from upstairs at around 6am
