Amazing value for 1st class customer service and a real family friendly feel 🥰
Pros:

So family friendly. we had a lovely clean spacious room. Staff incredibly helpful and made my girls feel amazing nothing was too much trouble.

Cons:

The pool is small but was enough for what we wanted.

The indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The breakfast area. Our bedroom was spacious and the beds were confortable.

Generally good value for money, see you next year!
Pros:

Clean and tidy place. Excellent staff. Reasonable food, excellent for the price point.

Cons:

Sadly the heating in the room was poor, maybe a fault with the controls. I felt quite cold overnight if I’m honest. The room was comfortable enough and I was able wrap up against the cold.
As I was only staying the one night I did not think it was necessary to complain. ( some extra blankets may have helped!!!

The toilet was dirty when we arrived. Someone forgot to flush. And the pillows were uncomfortable.
