If there is an option to put a 0 I would do it, but unfortunately there isn't.
I arrived with my colleague around 7 pm after a 5 hours trip by car with my confirmed booking on booking.com, but during check-in time we had the "wonderful" news that they sold our rooms because they were fully-booked!!!
We looked on our Booking app and the reservation was still confirmed, we complained about this very strange and unpleasant situation, asking for a solution, but the ladies at reception desk didn't care about us, and we have been obliged to find a solution by ourselves.
Usually when an hotel is overbooked, it has to find a solution for the "fortunate" customers, but it was not our case.
We booked several hotels during the year on booking.com, but this is the first time that we found such an horrible service!!!!
The positive thing of this massive disservice is that we have found another wonderful hotel in Norwich for our next trips!

Food and facilities were ok. Staff were very polite and helpful.
Stram room amd Sauna had syrong odour smells either from drainage or from something else.
The staff were very friendly happy to help .Bed and pillows very comfortable. Everything was spotless .I was visiting family in hospital so not too far away. A very pleasant stay.

The room could have been cleaner. Crumbs of food on the chair by the desk. The wardrobe and skirting boards were badly scuffed in places and dirty plates were left on the floor outside adjacent rooms and not cleared for several hours. The floor carpet was clearly stained in places. Room needed a refresh but bathroom good.
