Very good location and an excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Breakfast was very good. We did not have dinner. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. However, the WiFi was very poor.

Stay not bad but whole experience not good at all as the hotel refused to refund our £150 without any explanation and no

The hotel is good, we enjoyed our stay and the meals were delicious.

Cons:

The fact that it’s been 2 weeks since we checked out and have not received our refund of £150( put down for any extra expenses we incur in the hotel).
I was told this would go back to my card immediately after checking out and l did insist on the money has we were needed it for our holiday in Lincolnshire.
I had to take my family on holiday & stretch my finances as this hotel refused to refund my money.

I called again twice and the same story of funds will be returned to my card within a few days ( from immediately to within 3 days). It has been 2 weeks plus and nothing has been returned.

Is this how you treat customers??
It’s appalling for a company as holiday inn to treat us this way.

Staff very helpful. Late check out time was great so we could use the pool in the morning. Breakfast was delicious!

Pros:

It was close to where we needed to be.

Cons:

The room had the air conditioning left on so the room was freezing. There were dead flies in the bathroom and bedroom. The bin hadn’t been emptied from the guests before. We read the breakfast was good, but sorry to say it was all pretty substandard. Coffee tasted of powder milk, orange juice was squash and the eggs look like they had sat there for a week.
