Central to everywhere we wanted to visit. Great facilities
Close to Cromer and close to mc Donald’s , it had a pool which was great , staff was friendly
There was a lot of hair on the bed , from room service, room needs refurbishing bit great for the money spent the bed is very uncomfortable and so was the sofa bed , the quality of the room is 2 star level apart form the room staff was good

Its a good location and the hotel is quite large. Good choice at breakfast.
There was cobwebs in my room everywhere. Not a deal breaker, but the reason I scored low. Also, the complimentary shampoo had run out after our first night so when they came to make the bed etc, we would have expected them to have been checked and restocked, but they werent.
Nice entrance and restaurant area.
Rooms were a little tired, the extractor fan in our bathroom was really noisy and sounded like a plane taking off when you switched it on and off. The TV didn’t work very well too. Also, the swimming pool changing rooms were really tired, rundown and didn’t feel clean.

the cleaning staff (limefms) cleans with stained, used (by other guests) pillow cases. i am disgusted by the cleaning standards in this hotel.
couldn’t sleep at all because the noise level is loud up u till 1am.
the walls are falling to pieces and are full of marks, dents and deep scratches. it looks like a wild animal has been stuck in a room for a week trying to clawing its way out.
most of the phones in rooms aren’t working because apparently the wires were cut while maintenance was installing something. i was told by a receptionist that the phones are still in the room so that they can legally still call them a standard room.
the hallways are dark and dull and the atmosphere is genuinely depressing.
the value of money people spend on a room is too much for the lack of service and cleanliness.
the location of the hotel is the only good part about it as it’s near the airport which means a can take a plane and go as far away from it as possible.
