Lovely property and location. Great staff and facilities. Will definitely book again.

Great selection of food available, even Gluten-free was available.
Staff on duty at breakfast helping and assisting.
It was stress-free calming and relaxing breakfast.
The sauna, steam room, hot tub were brilliant!!!
Twyla at the reception desk was super welcoming, professional and just superb. I requested an additional heater and she offered extra towels when I queried the location if the spa.
The bar staff super friendly and welcoming.
The room was directly near the reception desk, bar and restaurant, again a bonus. And I was not disturbed by any noise, slept very well.
On checking out the young lady was also lovely.
Will definitely plan another longer relaxing stay as only a bus ride away from the City centre.

Cons:

I did not like that the steam room was not working but it is expected that equipment may breakdown or malfunction. However, the sauna, hot tub and swimming pool are lovely and relaxing. A definite bonus.
The television was smaller than I expected.

Hotel is ideal when flying in or out of Norwich.
Pros:

Location. Its a 2 minute walk from the airport.
Restuarant has a great menu selection.
Breakfast is excellent and complete.
Has a large car park.

Cons:

After the first night they cleaned the room but onky replaced 1 bath towel for 2 people😖
I called Reception for a second towel but nothing came until i called again 15 minutes later. It was an indication of poor Housekeeping.

disappointing, bathroom needs upgrade/maintenance

staff very pleasant and helpful. Room service worked well, pizzas were great.

Cons:

We had requested a quiet room and feel we were given that, so that was good. However, the room itself appeared to have been unused for some time. Big strings of hanging dust from emergency pull cord were above the bed - just felt like the room needed a good clean. bathroom shower was awful, leaked everywhere past the shower curtain, shower made thumping and screeching noises as we used it, water would not flow properly - kept pulsating, shower frame held together with a piece of tin foil at the top. Room was located next to Wright Brothers baby/breast feeding suite - signage was not clear - mothers with babies kept knocking our door and trying our door handle at all hours of the night thinking our room was the suite. Gave my kids a fright was was really not pleasant with people trying to get into our room through the night.
