Please note, the property offers valet parking only and it costs £30 per day. Guests must not park their own car unless using Clifford's car park opposite, which is run by the council. Please be aware that the Clifford's Tower is undertaking some vital conservation works to protect the tower and make improvements for visitors - this will restrict your view of the tower slightly from some of the rooms, but everything will be back to normal later this year. Sorry for the inconvenience

The restaurant cannot cook a steak frite. The room without AC. The cost of the parking is outrageous.

We stayed on the hottest day if the year and the room was extremely hot - very uncomfortable- no sleep - bed was not comfortable either mattress very firm

Good location
Purchased a room purely based on air conditioning seeings it was 36 degrees predicted. Was told none available. False advertising that I will be following legally. Room was hot with one small fan. Left window open and heard street fights, garbage trucks and could not sleep since 4am. Chose the Hilton for reputation. Never again. Will be writing to manage after seeking legal advice on payment for services that were not provided re air conditioning. Never again will I use this chain.
