Please note, the property offers valet parking only and it costs £30 per day. Guests must not park their own car unless using Clifford's car park opposite, which is run by the council. Please be aware that the Clifford's Tower is undertaking some vital conservation works to protect the tower and make improvements for visitors - this will restrict your view of the tower slightly from some of the rooms, but everything will be back to normal later this year. Sorry for the inconvenience

We did not get a good nights sleep. The room was very warm and there was a knocking noise which sound like high heels on wooden floor. We thought it was a one off did not advise reception. But it happened the second night do not sure what was going on so again not a good nights sleep. We did advise reception when we checked out and they said we should have advised on the first night. Other than our sleep problem I would highly recommend the hotel due to cleanliness and central location and a fabulous breakfast which had a lot of choice and was tasty

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.
Only complaint would be lack of light in the room, only wall lights and smallish window.

Pros: it’s a central location.
Cons: extremely outdated and pictures are very deceiving. The windows are extremely small- feels like you’re in a small cubicle. Staff does not make your stay any better- did not feel welcomed. Being a Hilton, you expect more from it.
I liked the room
WE WERE TOLD ON ARRIVAL AT AROUND 12.30PM, THERE WAS NO PARKING. HOWEVER WHEN WE CHECKED IN LATER AFTER 4.00PM THERE WERE PARKING SPACES. MISADVISING US MEANT WE PAID £51, HOTEL PARKING WOULD HAVE COST£30.
WE WERE WRONGLY ADVISED AND IT COST ME AN EXTRA £21

We only stayed for one night. We loved it reception staff and all that we met were great. Very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent not greasy at all staff equally friendly.
