It was in the perfect location
Nothing at all
Didn’t have breakfast location fin
Room size and bed size very poor
The location is fantastic. The staff are really friendly and helpful
Nothing - everything was great
Staff were excellent
Bed was very hard and I found it uncomfortable
Perfect central location staff brilliantly friendly
The room was small and very simple, I paid a little bit more expecting to have a nicer room as it was my partner’s birthday trip. Bathroom was tiny. The view from the room - flat roof overlooking a brick wall. We had to pay extra £30 on top of our rate to park a car which I was told about after booking the property. Wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t recommend.
Decent Hilton, great location, says on booking.com that you can't book parking but apparently you can if you book through the Hilton site although that was more expensive. Paid a small fortune to park in the Castle car-park instead which has tiny very cramped spaces and was super busy. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly enough, very "corporate" reception, zero mobile phone coverage although they did allow early access to the Wi-Fi as the room wasn't quite ready (we were early) don't allow collection of Honors points unless you book with them direct which has not been the case at other Hiltons/Doubletrees I've stayed at. Bar staff were much more friendly and made some great cocktails.
It was all just very OK, nothing to write home about, the location and balcony was a bonus but just a slightly older bog standard Hilton, with little to no parking for the number of rooms.
Great location, parking on site, nice breakfast
Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay here
Breakfast was really good plenty of choices. Staff where very helpful and friendly.
