Please note, the property offers valet parking only and it costs £30 per day. Guests must not park their own car unless using Clifford's car park opposite, which is run by the council. Please be aware that the Clifford's Tower is undertaking some vital conservation works to protect the tower and make improvements for visitors - this will restrict your view of the tower slightly from some of the rooms, but everything will be back to normal later this year. Sorry for the inconvenience

It wa an expensive night and no good value for money.

the location was excellent and the staff extremely professional and helpful

Cons:

i booked a better standard hotel for comfort.The room and double bed was very small. There was no fridge and no air conditioning in a very small warm space so not a great nights sleep.

Pros:

We were delighted the staff were able to accommodate an early check in inquiry. It made all the difference to our stay. We also enjoyed the friendly welcome and refreshing lemon water offered in reception.

We really enjoyed our stay. If you can put up with the heat in the bedrooms overnight, then I certainly would recommend

Excellent location with fantastic facilities. Unbeatable breakfast, lots to choose from. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, in particular the restaurant and lounge staff. Rooms were kept very clean daily.

Cons:

Bedrooms were too hot, made for an uncomfortable night. No air conditioning and only a couple of fans which really made no difference.

Cons:

No aircon in rooms, family room too small. No offering of room with a twin bed and double , kids had to share.
Parking very expensive, drinks over priced, £15 for a large wine!

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Cons:

I was left to find a new hotel at 11pm on Monday night because one of the rooms in my booking had suffered a maintenance issue and was deemed unsafe. They suggested I go to stay at another Hilton hotel but I would have to pay the rate difference.

I later found out that my room wasn’t unsafe, they had just sold it before i could arrive.

I was told not to worry and that because it was on their end they wouldn’t charge me for the cancellation, they just couldn’t do it at the time because they were having internet issues. Only to be charged the whole cancellation fee three weeks later.

Hilton are usually a reliable and great option but this hotel WASNT! Do not stay here or arrive after 9 pm because you might find that your room has become “unusable” aka sold to someone else.
