Please note, the property offers valet parking only and it costs £30 per day. Guests must not park their own car unless using Clifford's car park opposite, which is run by the council. Please be aware that the Clifford's Tower is undertaking some vital conservation works to protect the tower and make improvements for visitors - this will restrict your view of the tower slightly from some of the rooms, but everything will be back to normal later this year. Sorry for the inconvenience

Lumpy bed. Flat pillows. View of a roof and wall. Window opening was small and there was no air conditioning so the room was hot and stuffy
It was in an ideal location. So very close to City Cruises and pubs on the riverside. Very close to the bus stop for the hop on hop off bus that was excellent. If you wanted to walk it was ideally situated for the city centre as it was so close. The reception staff were really nice and very helpful. Food and service was excellent! The room was very nice, very clean and had plenty of plug points, but had no air conditioning which would have been nice, but a fan was supplied.
No air conditioning in the room and it could have had better lighting. The parking seemed rather expensive at £30 per day, but at least the car was parked in a very secure location.

The location is absolutely amazing. The staff were really friendly too and we felt very comfortable in the main areas of the hotel. The breakfast was nice. The decor and styling in the bedroom was lovely. The shower pressure was also fantastic. Our room was on the left side of the hotel and outside was lovely and quiet as it wasn’t against any streets.
The room was far too hot. Two fans were provided which did help. However the windows barely open so air can’t get out of the room. No air conditioning which was disappointing.
No fridge in the bedroom which seemed weird for a family room. There was plenty of space where one could have been provided.
Bathroom could do with an update, grouting and bath didn’t look the best. Also the extractor fan was not working.
The beds were far too hard. Felt like I was on a cement block, the bed and the heat meant I barely slept the three nights we were there.

The step into the bath for a shower, its a slippery bath and quite high. Not sure if there are rooms with walk in showers.
