Please note, the property offers valet parking only and it costs £30 per day. Guests must not park their own car unless using Clifford's car park opposite, which is run by the council. Please be aware that the Clifford's Tower is undertaking some vital conservation works to protect the tower and make improvements for visitors - this will restrict your view of the tower slightly from some of the rooms, but everything will be back to normal later this year. Sorry for the inconvenience

Atmospheric location, very close to the centre and Friendly staff. Great for a weekend away.
The staff were wonderful; the location is perfect for getting about York, the family room was spacious and comfortable including the amenities and addition of fans which was great for the warm evening; there was a fantastic range for breakfast both continental and hot food available, and alternative milks too which is great for me as I have soya. It was a great stay and I would definitely come back. Not only this there was a lovely touch for my birthday that they left in the room on arrival.

The bathroom was really old and dated and enamel was coming off the bath disappointing for the Hilton and the mattress was really hard not comfortable
