Bad service and scammers
Pros:

These people are scammers. I booked two rooms, but when I arrived, they told me I had only booked one—yet they charged me for two. I asked for a refund, and they told me they would handle it later. Two months later, they claimed I had never actually checked in, just so they wouldn't have to refund my money. They are scammers; do not go to this hotel.

The room was comfortable and exactly what we neede

Cons:

A $200 pet fee was insane. I've stayed at many hotels and they range between 25-50 but $200? For just one night? Whatever they don't charge you for the room they make sure they get it with the pet fee.

Great Inn! Loved the atmosphere and amenities. Only hotel I’ve stayed in that I would return to!
Pros:

Rooms are clean, atmosphere is great! Very well put together room. Feels like home with everything you need.

Cons:

No ice, Machines had been taken out. 3rd floor was overwhelming hot!

Pros:

Chamisha W made my experience at this hotel fantastic. From the time I walked through the door I was greeted with a smile very welcoming. This was my first time visiting Kentucky came for my son’s football game she gave my a list of nearby restaurants and attractions my check in was a breeze
