Pros:

Very clean with a feel of home. Fresh inviting welcome with Amazing Coffee 24 hrs with fresh fruit available as well. Pool area was very clean, beds were super comfy. They send you with a Safe Travels snack bag such as nice touch!

Breakfast, really sad, for the cost of the stay 220.00 it was not extremely poor.

Good location
Pros:

Room smells like someone smoking! Pillows very soft and old.
Not enough products in the breakfast area even in early hours
Coffee was not strong enough and was most of time empty
Like the location and staff was friendly
Pool an jacuzzi was bonus and fun for kids

Adequate hotel stay
Pros:

The pool area and breakfast area

Cons:

The beds were firm and if your partner moves at all..you feel it. We had to turn the heater off even with a really cold snow storm going on outside and hearing the wind all night long...it was just too darn hot with it on.

I had management come into the pool room very rude looked like she was doped out telling us there are no birthday party aloud and it wasn't a party it was only 3 other family members one friend getting together to celebrate her birthday, not actually having a party.Just a little get together for my daughter. This lady threaten to call the police.Wouldn't refund our money and know where it says?And when you check in, it should be brought to everybody's attention, there is no birthday parties.No, get together's nothing in this hotel. And I know my other family members spends every new year's eve in this motel.Having a little get together party.Whatever you want to call it. So I would recommend I talk to other people that are staying here.They said they would not recommend this place at all.It sucks, people are rude managements are rude. I would not recommend this motel to anybody that has a family. And this lady puts her hand in my daughter's face.No I don't think so. And she was in her pointing to a pool sign, saying see it says no get party birthday parties in here or something.And I just read the pool sign.It has nothing to do stating.There's no birthday parties or get together.In this hotel we weren't rude.My kids weren't running around.We were very nice to everybody.And there wasn't very many people like I said there was three other people besides, who was staying in the motel.That I paid for my kids. Tell me where that sign says no birthday parties.When that lady was in here, pointing acting very drugged out or something.

Hampton Inns always delivers.
Pros:

The staff were professional and courteous. The rooms were clean and very professionally prepared for me. Me and my family were able to use the pool, the temp could have been a little hotter but it was a great pool. The cook at breakfast was friendly and very approachable about everything. The selections were well prepared and very nutrious. Thank you.

Cons:

The room and the hotel were met and exceeded my expectations.
