Our stay was uncomfortable due to not enough room.
Pros:

There was nothing about this stay that my family and I liked.

Cons:

We didn't get the room that we had reserved and they didn't even make us aware of this. We found out when we actually got to our room and find out. We booked a king suite and we got a standard two queen bed room. When I confronted the staff about it, they only made excuses and didn't even offer up an apology or anything for the inconvenience.

Staff was very short with me. Then housekeeping knocks on my door at 9:13 to ask if I’m ready to leave when my checkout was 12:00. Very rude

Pros:

Feels like an upscale lodging opportunity. Nice lobby and amenities are offered. The rooms were nice and inviting.

Cons:

Housekeeping knocked at 10:36am. I said we would be out by 11 AM. As I was taking bags out the door, the phone ring and the desk asked “are you checking out today or are you staying over?” The time was 10:59am!
