I was really disappointed in the quality of the property. Our king room had a television with no working remote and the room telephone did not work either.

I liked the central location and the staff was pleasant and helpful, I also liked the additional sexurity5thay went i to place at 8pm.

Cons:

The hotel is need of a huge makeover and while there were renovations taking place the hotel is very outdated. The cleanliness of the hotel also needs to be improved. There was trash in the elevator, dust bunnies on the lamp shades, the carpet was visibly dirty and in need of a shampoo and vacuum, as well as the curtains
