Everything was well maintained. Very clean and staff was super nice.
Sincere appreciation to the entire staff for all-around wonderful service during sad time for our family.
Shout out to Deja and James at the front desk, especially, for answering pesky questions and always smiling.
Grounds and hotel impeccable.
While pool area closed for season and too cold to full experience the patios, beautifully arranged.
Good parking, well lit, nice walking trail nearby, felt safe in area with nightly patrolling.
Room was wonderful escape; comfortable beds, little to no noise room to room nor hallway, nicely furnished, clean and well maintained.
Good food. Breakfast area nicely arranged with friendly efficient staff and typical but abundant Residence Inn fare.
We ordered from the bar one night; tasty and reasonably priced...allowed us to stay in for the night.
Kudos to entire team!
Waking up to discover the basement level of your home is underwater is not a good way to start your day! To make a long story short, we were going to have to get out of our house for at least a few days, so I searched for a nearby hotel that would take dogs. There were several and I feel fortunate that I landed on Residence Inn. Our "few days" have now been a week and I have a feeling it'll be at least another week before we get home, but what could have turned into a week of sheer misery has been most pleasant because of the staff and facilities. Starting with the room: we asked for a suite and were given one far from the elevators. I have some trouble walking so after we saw the room we asked if we could get one closer to the elevator and were immediately moved to a roomy suite in a perfect location (and right across the hall from the laundry!) The small kitchen is adequate and the bathroom roomy (we later realized this was a handicapped suite, so it has an airy feel to it). Parking is free and easy and we've gotten a spot close to the entrance every time. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. They are quick to deal with issues. For example this morning the lock on our door died. They had a technician show up in less than ten minutes to fix it. The woman who seems to run the breakfast area is warm and attentive. Speaking of breakfast...I don't remember any better in a hotel. Every morning there are scrambled eggs (cage free this morning), potatoes, a couple of meat choices (sausage of some variety/bacon), a variety of other goodies like mini quiches, pancakes, etc. bagels, english muffins, bread, oatmeal and toppings, fruit, and your basic kids' cereals. And seriously good coffee. For those of you with dogs: Although the carpet in our room is spotless and there is zero doggy odor, it was clear by the way our dog sniffed every inch of it that he was not the first to stay there. Made us laugh. Outside the hotel, there are several areas where dogs can relieve themselves and your Fido will lead you straight there. Sorry for the long review. I think I'm a little wound up after this crazy week, but I hope I've helped you make a good hotel decision.
Dee is the most unbelievable bartender, friend we’ve met while away for a work trip. She’s extremely friendly, funny, relatable, and hard working. Will most definitely be back to visit Dee. An air fryer might be helpful 🙂 Thank you for the great stay!
I like that they had body wash for the shower and that the dishes, like silverware, pots and pans, glasses all that stuff was clean etc.
I didn't like the fact later on that night when it was time for me to lay down I saw blood stains on the comforter once I pulled it back and didn't never get it changed when told
The rooms are very clean! The staff are super friendly. Nice little bar area with good food. The hot tub is old and needs a good cleaning. I would not get in. Overall great for the price except for hot tub.
Room was excellent
Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was nice, good amenities, friendly staff.
Clean room & a nice environment
Nice area and nice building. Only thing wrong was some trash left over from the last guest
The property was good
The bartender at night didn’t know how to make a lime margarita. She asked could she add watermelon juice. She was new! Everything else and the workers behind the desk were awesome.
This is the best residence inn I’ve ever stayed in. The front desk staff is wonderful. They do go above and beyond. It doesn’t happen often, but they were able to upgrade me for being a rewards member. Their outdoor pool and jacuzzi are lovely. They have complimentary drinks in the evening. They have so much beautiful outdoor space. Some rooms have balconies. Their free breakfast was one of the best. I honestly don’t have a negative thing to say. Very happy with my stay!
The good: The hotel is in decent shape, the room was sizable and had amenities, the breakfast was quite good actually, the parking was ample.
The bad: For some reason, water was difficult to heat - they ran out of hot water for tea and had to go to the hotel next door to get it. They also kept running out of coffee. The pool was late to open on Saturday morning (despite the fact staff knew a group of us were patiently waiting) and then completely out of commission for no apparent reason Sunday morning. The bartender just left at like 5:45 and never came back, abandoning the bar on a Saturday afternoon. Wanted to try a frozen drink at the bar but never got service.
All in all, not the worst but far from the best.
