Cons:

On our second morning we awake to no hot water . When we rang reception the response was “ just give us some time “.
When we went downstairs to reception we were told if we wished to be compensated then send an email .
At checkout there was no apology and we were charged for a bottle of water !!!! After having no hot water for a shower . The very basic of accomodations has hot water available.

My stay at Hadley Orient Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the overall hotel was spotless. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I had a wonderful experience. I would happily stay here again.

A beautiful art hotel with exceptional staff.
Pros:

Amazing art hotel and bar. Exceptional staff (front of house, and in the bar). such a beautiful building, with an art gallery. Art is spread through out the hotel and very worth a wander.

A warm, welcoming hotel, steeped in history and perfectly located for walking distance to everything we wanted
Pros:

The location -perfect. The ambience of the residence - perfect. Front of house - extremely helpful and courteous. The cleaning staff that we met in passing - smiling and friendly. The building is steeped in history and feels warm and welcoming.

Cons:

A certain amount of early morning street noise invaded the room….but not enough to worry us.

Ambient, friendly, spotlessly clean
Pros:

I love the ambience of this property, it’s Central location and always, the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel is absolutely spotless. I also enjoy the art on display, and try to stay every year to view their free Hadley‘s prize exhibition. Again, this year, it did not disappoint.

Very pleasant hotel, lovely suite with a nice bar which was reasonably priced for a hotel bar.
Pros:

Old world ambience and location was excellent. Nice balance between the shops and waterfront.

Cons:

Bar opens an hour or two too late :)
