Not what it used to be, still okay
Pros:

Good location, friendly staff

Cons:

Tv remote didn’t work, got the batteries changed but still couldn’t change the volume or turn it off. The power button only went back to the welcome screen with Fox Sports in the background. Ended up unplugging the whole thing.

The tap in the shower fell off with very little pressure

Comfortable and charming experience
Pros:

I love hotels with history and charm and this ticked all the boxes. Most importantly it was comfortable and quiet and the location was exceptional.

Cons:

The beds were soft - sinking in the middle. Would have preferred firmer mattresses

Pros:

Good, central location within easy walking distance of the waterfront and restaurants. Lovely hotel, and helpful staff. Availability of parking (for a small fee) was a big plus.

Perfect stay for a short city trip
Pros:

Wonderful historic building in the perfect location - close to the water and easy to get to the airport. The staff was exceptionally friendly and very welcoming. The room fitted the description and there was nothing that we’ve missed! Thank you so much for the stay!
