Not a good value for an uncomfortable room.
Pros:

It was in a nice location.

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t work. When it finally kicked on at 1:30 am it was so loud that it woke me up. They have a lovely looking display case of food, but no one responds to the bell. And it cost more than double a nice airport hotel.

He said it was looking very old and worn & not worth the money that he had to pay.
