Hotel needs a refresh if going to match prices of others in the area
Pros:

Staff were lovely, especially the young brunette Aussie girl who was working the breakfast shift

Cons:

Room was super dirty. Dealt with it for the sake of a short stay but if I was staying longer I would’ve complained. Room had a ton of damage too and looked nothing like the photos. Felt like AI must’ve been used or I’d been put in a dated part of the hotel or something. Location also didn’t feel safe for a solo female. Not the hotels fault but a lot of homeless people hanging around outside and I was followed for some time when leaving the hotel one night. Just something to be aware of if a solo female traveler

Pros:

Bed was comfy. Basic coffee, tea suppied.

Cons:

No information given for wifi or heating. Room had a window you could not close properly and made the room cold and the noise from the outside ducting system was louder. On-site cafe service disappointing. Tv remote went missing after a room clean. Reception phone calls went unanswered, as unattended. Disappointing stay.

Pros:

Nice bed

Cons:

A previous occupant in my room 201 had tried to cook 1 minute noodles in the kettle- a few were stuck in the top of the kettle.
The a/c noise from the unit outside was audible in the room.
