Clean, well located, secure and comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

Convenient location and a large room. The curtains were very good. I liked the self check-in. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The building fabric is tired - e.g painted tiles in the bathroom and a loose and partially broken hand towel ring. The HVAC was not able to be adjusted. The TV kept turning itself on at undetermined intervals (in the middle of the night) into its hotel mode

Great location.

Cons:

Horrendous service. Asked for a baby cot at 5pm and they said housekeeping went home already. So apparently they couldn’t find another solution. Attitude of all reception staff we interacted with were unbothered, fake smiles, and it was consistent among the 3 reception staff I dealt with on separate occasions. Really unpleasant experience. The room itself was standard. Bathroom was so dirty. Just ick.
