Very good breakfast

The room and hotel are very worn and old. The breakfast was good however.

Not up to date, no decor, poor curb appeal, of course loud due to location.
Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

No AC so need to bring window shutters down during hot summer afternoons.

My favorite hotel when I’m visiting Frankfurt

Good for short stay

We had a triple — Very large room. Fair A/C in room. Window slats were somewhat operational and were needed for PM sun. Free breakfast. Next to RR station.

Hotel is only 3 minutes' walk from the Frankfurt main train station & the main station is only 15 minutes from Frankfurt airport by subway line S9. Neighbouring Kaiser Strasse is full of restaurants with different nationalities. There is famous Studel Musem, with an extensive art collection, 15 minutes' walk from the hotel across river Main. The location cannot be any better. The hotel itself needs a bit of facelift & updates though.

Excellent location for a low price and average accommodations for an older hotel. Breakfast was great.

Room clean and looked recently refurbished. Good breakfast selection available in the morning. Right across the road from the main train station with easy access to the u bahn/s bahn and tram network. Only takes about 10-12 minutes to reach by s bahn 8 and 9 from airport. Only downside was no aircon in room which was needed during the summer

Building was in terrible condition. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Was forced to pay a"city tax" in cash and was refused a receipt. I had paid all charges on the app, the customer in front of me was not required to pay the "city tax".

Everything was Basic-everything.
Tv didn’t work.
No hot water.
I was switched to another room.
I had hot water… shower head was broken.

The location next to the train station was great. The breakfast was varied and nice. The room was spacious and clean with tall ceilings. I was hesitant to book because of some unsavory revues, but I was pleased with the experience and staff. The building does not have air conditioning, but we slept fine. Around the corner is an outdoor bar under the trees that has a wonderful vibe. I will definitely book again in the future when traveling in Frankfurt.

The property is Very hot, the noise from the trams is 24/7 .the rooms are clean tidy and functional. T worst aspect is the continuous begging and harassment in the surrounding streets and central station. There are organised begging gangs at the entrances.
Use this for shorter stays and keep your belongings hidden,my associate was approached at 0630 for 20 euros whilst having a smoke prior to breakfast, which is very nice.
