Pros:

Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig.

Der Fitnessraum ist sehr klein und besteht aus 2 Läufbändern, 1 Stepper und Hanteln dazu gibt es eine kleine Sauna. Alles modern und suber!

Cons:

Das Frühstück war leider eine Zumutung. Wir kamen um 8:45 in den überfüllten Raum und alles war abgegrast...Brötchen aus, Getränkeautomat mit warmer Milch leer, Aufschnittplatten leergeräumt.
Baten das Personal darum, dass wir eine warme Milch und Kakao bekommen (insgesamt 3x )- auch nach 35 Minuten tat sich nix. Personal war da, um Tische ab und auf zu decken, nur leider niemand um aufzufüllen!
Nachdem wir dann Müsli gegessen haben (war gut- aber gab nix anderes) - sind wir gegangen.

An der Rezeption dieses bemängelt, da wurde nur gesagt, das Personal krank geworden sei.
Das ist auch bedauerlich aber in einem fast ausgebuchtem Vier Sternehotel nicht akzeptabel.

Schönes Hotel, nettes Personal
Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Das Frühstück war überschaubar, aber lecker! Das Hotel an sich ist super tierfreundlich. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da und uns wurden verschiedenes Futter und ein Körbchen ins Zimmer gestellt. Das Hotel ist nur leider in einer nicht so idealen Lage. Zu Fuß ist man schnell am Einkaufscenter, Restaurants sind aber leider nur mit Auto erreichbar. Auch die Anbindung in die Altstadt ist nicht so gut, man ist also immer auf ein Auto angewiesen. Ansonsten waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Schwerin war sehr schön
Pros:

Das Bett war sehr bequem.
Die Busverbindung ins Stadtzentrum ist wirklich gut und in dem zu Fuss erreichtbaren Einkaufszentrum kann man abends noch eine Kleinigkeit essen, wenn man nicht im Hotel essen möchte.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war okay. Leider gab es nur einen Sessel und keinen kleinen Tisch an dem man sich am Abend mal zu zweit hätte hinsetzen können. Gerne hätten wir uns draußen im Freien aufgehalten, ohne im Restaurantbereich Platz zu nehmen, hierfür gab es aber keinerlei Möglichkeiten. Beim Frühstück fehlte geschultes Personal, die beiden Angestellten waren mit dem Auffüllen des Buffet völlig überfordert.

Sarebbe stato bello poter dormire

Nella nostra stanza non è stato possibile dormire oltre le ore 07 di mattina. Un rumore continuo che ci ha svegliati e nonostante sia andata a chiedere supporto alla reception mi è stato risposto che era colpa della palestra. Ora, con tutto il bene, mi sembra assurdo che una struttura come Mariott non abbia pensato che forse mettere una stanza sotto alla palestra potesse essere un problema. In ogni caso non hanno risolto il nostro problema e hanno confermato che non sono le stelle a indicare un buon servizio.
Altra cosa, se potete evitate la colazione, fuori potete trovare di meglio.

Gut und in Teilen verbesserungsfähig.
Pros:

Frühstück war ok. Für den Preis hätte ich aber noch frischen O-Saft oder Lachs in der Auswahl erwartet. Das Zimmer war großzügig und das Bett sehr bequem. Mitarbeiter der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider war der Zimmerservice nicht zufriedenstellend - wurde einmal gar nicht gereinigt und einmal nur halbherzig. Das schmutzige Geschirr war noch im Zimmer und wurde dann von uns nach unten gebracht. Hatte generell den Eindruck, dass zu wenig Personal eingesetzt war.

Ok att välja på till frukost, men när vi kom strax innan 09 var det tomt angående pålägg, ägg m.m lång kö till en fungerande kaffemaskin och fick stå och vänta för att få en sittplats.

Gutes Hotel mit vielfältigem Angebot

Sehr geräumiges und gut eingerichtetes Zimmer. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr freundliches Personal, ausreichend Parkplätze am Haus.

Cons:

Anschlüsse an der Waschtischarmatur vertauscht. Heißes Wasser auf der Kaltseite und umgekehrt. Plätze zu Stoßzeiten etwas knapp. Zu wenig Servicekräfte in einigen Bereichen.
