Ich war beruflich in diesem Hotel und habe mich vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit des gesamten Teams.

Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an die Dame am Frühstücksempfang. Mit ihrer unglaublich freundlichen, aufmerksamen und herzlichen Art hat sie mir jeden Morgen den Start in den Tag verschönert. Gerade wenn man beruflich alleine unterwegs ist, macht so ein herzlicher Empfang einen großen Unterschied!

Vielen Dank für den tollen Service und die angenehme Atmosphäre. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Cons:

Ein kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre, die Zimmerreinigung nicht erst ab dem 4. Tag anzubieten. Gerade bei einem mehrtägigen beruflichen Aufenthalt wäre eine regelmäßige Reinigung wünschenswert. Ansonsten habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und war mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Bei der Anmeldung sagte man uns, wir hätten bei Booking kein Zimmer reserviert. Eine Reservierung lag angeblich nicht vor. Es hat lange gedauert, bis der Sachverhalt endlich geklärt werden konnte.

De kamer was lekker ruim en luchtig, het bed en de kussens lagen heerlijk(een van de beste die we de afgelopen 3 weken hebben beslapen. De heerlijke douche leek wel een massage douche. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid.

Cons:

Ik vind het gewoon not done dat je bij dit soort prijzen per nacht moet betalen voor je parkeren. Het is op eigen terrein.
Ondanks dat er veel goed was, was de kwaliteit van het restaurant ver onder de maat. Wij eten regelmatig in duitsland en hier zijn wij altijd goed eten gewend, maar de schnitzel a 26 euro was keihard, de portie qua eten minimaal. De goulash was heel waterig en niet smakelijk, het leek ook niet op goulasch. Een echte domper, de liefde was ver te zoeken. Ik zou hier niet nog een keer gaan dineren, zonde van het geld.
