Perfect location just a couple of minutes walk to the Spanish steps
The air conditioning didn’t work properly. It would get turned off in the middle of the night. This made it very difficult to sleep all 3 nights of our stay. It was hotter in the room than outside in 35 degrees. The bathroom was very unclean when we arrived, lots of hairs in the shower I had to spend time cleaning it myself. The reception would close very early and the water tap would be turned off in that time.

Good location, rooms were nice, hotel was clean.
We asked the receptionist to book us a taxi to train station that morning for a certain time. We were all waiting for taxi in the lobby when it had went past the time we asked where it was, the receptionist said he had to book it as he couldn't book it ahead of time. We nearly missed out train!

La ubicación está genial, a pocos minutos andado de la Fontana di Trevi y, en la otra dirección, a pocos metros de la plaza de España. Es muy céntrico. Te ofrecen un pequeño desayuno de cortesía. La habitación está bien, funcional y está todo muy limpio.

O hotel não é acessível, o elevador não para em todos os andares, você tem que pegar escada. Além disso o ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava

Love the location!! close to metro station, spanish steps and trevi foundation. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We checked in around 9pm but staffs made sure the whole checkin process was smooth.
A few flights of stairs to reach elevator and the elevator size is quite tiny.

The location was perfect... Everything was on foot around us... 5 min Spanish steps...5 min Fontana di trevi... 10 min Pantheon... The room was very clean ..they changed daily towels and sheets and the stuff was very polite. I would stay there in my next Rome trip !!
the ac in our room needs a little adjustment... it didn't cool enough the area.
