It was in an amazing location, within walking distance of all the major attractions.
The hotel was spotless and the staff were lovely, nothing was too much trouble. We had booked room only and were delighted with the free complimentary breakfast bites that were available. Croissant, bread, tea, coffee, juice and fruit. A perfect way to start the day.

Wen we arrived we were told you have a free upgrade we said o thanks that's nice we got to the room there was a dirty smell we then went out for the evening and we we got back the smell was over powering sewage smell I went to reception to be spoken to like like a school kid she came to the room saying she cud not smell anything then my wife said we are leaving she said their is a bit of a smell we will move you to another room down the corridor no smell the room was OK aircon rbbish and from then on none of the staff wud look at us stay away from room 302 if you do book will not return plenty of other nice hotels in the area for less money don't be lied to .9

Hotel a proximité de sites touristiques. Petit déjeuner gratuit le matin ,boissons et café gratuit pendant les heures d'ouverture. Personnel tres agréable.

Lovely little spot for two nights in Rome whilst interrailing. Staff could not be more helpful or friendly, room was small but clean (no view) and the ground floor communal area had fun games (pinball, table football, board games) and it was possible to buy drinks with an honesty box. Close to the Trevi fountain and walking distance to other sights (if, like us, you like walking in cities). Quite a few restaurants and shops nearby. Reception helped us book the Green Bus for a tour around the city, which was great given we had limited time in Rome.
Uber from the railways station was 40 euros which seemed very steep but we had big cases so not much choice. Also - not the hotel's fault at all (and they were very sympathetic when we told them), but one of our handbags was stolen from a bar near the Vatican - so once again, the advice in Rome is do not put your bag down anywhere!!!

Good location, rooms were nice, hotel was clean.
We asked the receptionist to book us a taxi to train station that morning for a certain time. We were all waiting for taxi in the lobby when it had went past the time we asked where it was, the receptionist said he had to book it as he couldn't book it ahead of time. We nearly missed out train!
Perfect location just a couple of minutes walk to the Spanish steps
The air conditioning didn’t work properly. It would get turned off in the middle of the night. This made it very difficult to sleep all 3 nights of our stay. It was hotter in the room than outside in 35 degrees. The bathroom was very unclean when we arrived, lots of hairs in the shower I had to spend time cleaning it myself. The reception would close very early and the water tap would be turned off in that time.
