No complaints at all
Kitchen
No regular creamer offered with coffee, only sweet creamer. I’m diabetic! No ice machine available. A lot of people hanging around outside for long periods of time that appeared to not belong there.
The beds were comfortable
The bathroom wasn’t clean, the fridge was dirty, and the elevators didn’t work
Pics on internet wasn’t same as actual place. Building wasn’t secured. Bad odor in lobby and rooms
Bad odor, horrible location, amenities didn’t work

My sheets wasn’t clean
The bed sheets
The night attendant was very friendly, the beds were mostly comfortable
I was traveling with a disabled veteran and we were roomed on the third floor. The elevators had been down for about 3 weeks. Once we got onto the third floor there was a heavy smell of alcohol. In our room the smell was even worse. Smelled like someone left meat to rot in there on a hot day. We tried to air it out and left the window open while we were gone for the day, it did not help. We were told there were no other rooms available. There was mold on the ceilings, stains on the walls. The vinyl chair seats were peeling. This brand of hotel is known for having the ability to use a kitchen to cook if you want to. In the room there were no silverware, cups plates etc. no hair dryer or coffee maker present either like other locations. The “breakfast” consisted of packaged muffins (stale) and packets of oats. When asked about it the day time staff were very rude about pointing to the “breakfast” area and saying yeah we have breakfast. I planned to get in a workout however the gym was taken up my a mattress and a box for an air conditioning system. No cleaning staff were seen during our 2 night/3 day visit. In our room, the halls or around the property. Outside the property wasn’t much better with the parking lot being littered with trash and beer cans.
Nothing
No customer service after 10 got locked out my room had to sleep outside because no one runs the desk after 10
We had the essentials (hot water for a shower, A/C, television with decent cable).
Early check-in was not an option (this is normal for most hotels today); the elevator didn’t work, we insisted to have rooms on the first floor; the room smelled like “wet carpet” and mold; the window was left opened and bugs were in the room; the bed was uncomfortable; dogs were barking and you can hear the neighbors conversations; children were running up and down the hallway throughout the night.
No elevator
