Non è assolutamente un hotel 5 stelle. Inizialmente avevamo una camera standard e le foto non rispecchiano la realtà: camera vecchia, polverosa e bagno dotato solo di vasca, tra l’altro con tendina.
Appena entrati abbiamo contattato Booking perché non saremmo mai rimasti in quella stanza. Ci hanno offerto una camera superiore, che almeno aveva doccia separata e vasca. Meglio della standard, ma comunque non all’altezza di un 5 stelle.
Palestra e piscina sono servizi a pagamento e, inoltre, la piscina non ammette minori di 18 anni. Non può essere considerato un 5 stelle un hotel che non include gratuitamente questi servizi. Rimango dell’idea che possa essere classificato come un 3 stelle o, al massimo, un 4 stelle piuttosto scadente.

Amazing location. but maybe 3 Star hotel and didn't give me my breakfast

i booked this with breakfast or at least that is what i was told by booking.com but when i got to the hotel, they said it was not included, so i was very disappointed and i was told it will be 5000 yen for each person per day. location was amazing, it is next to and some part is on top of the train station. room was probbaly 3 star room, not a 5 star room.

Cons:

room was nothing nice at all. i don't know who gave this hotel a 5 star rating. maybe the lobby was nice, but not the rooms and the hallways. first it smelled like cigrates here, even thought i specifically booked a non smoking room.

Dalla superior in su camere molto belle e grandi (soprattutto per il Giappone). Posizione ottimale per muoversi e con diverse opzioni nei paraggi. Ambiente completamente diverso dall’area “stazione” a cui siamo abituati in Italia.

Cons:

La camera standard utilizzata la prima notte all’8 piano puzzava troppo di fumo e non era all’altezza del resto dell’albergo.
