Outstanding Hotel!!
Pros:

This hotel is outstanding!! We absolutely loved our stay here whilst in Japan. The bedroom was incredible! Felt newly refurbished with all mod-cons! Incredible views of Kyoto tower from our room, located in the station but you would not know when in the beautiful hotel and its amazing reception area! Perfectly located for trains, metro and walk across the road to lots of bars/restaurants!
Highly recommend and would love to return!

Wonderful stay in a perfect location.
Pros:

A lovely hotel with great facilities. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. We had the delightful experience of an upgrade to a terrific room on the top floor.
Being on top of the station is a great experience for train lovers, with no disturbance from noise. All shopping and eating is on your doorstep, although the location makes it easy to reach all the delights and treasures of Kyoto.

The best hotel we stayed at by a country mile
Pros:

The location of this hotel is the first bonus, right off the train. Second is the staff, so lovely and helpful. The room was just stunning. We had very small rooms in Tokyo so this was just amazing. I know it sounds like a small issue but after a week of stepping over things in small rooms, this room was huge. The location is perfect for walking into town for food of shopping bt there is also so much at the station itself. A great point to get trains and buses for day trips.
Cant wait to go back.
