Exquisute hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

The location is ideal, right near the train station and easy to access the sights. The rooms were beautiful and staff was so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The pool cost extra and would not accommodate my children, which seems odd for a hotel - the kids are the ones who want to swim the most! Also the bed comforters were a little thin and I would have liked more blanketc.

Pros:

위치가 하루카로 교토역에 도착해서 짐을 맡기고 (체크인도 안하고) 놀러 가기에 최적입니다. 열차로 교토 시내나 인근 도시(나라, 우지 등)의 관광 명소 가기도 쉽고요. 2014년 출장시 5박했고 2019년에는 예약이 안되어 옆 호텔. 이번에는 예약되길래 다른 호텔 알아보지도 않고 예약했어요.

3인으로 예약이 잘 안 되어 호텔에 메시지 보내니 도착시 extra bed가 준비되어 있었습니다. 적당한 크기였고 비용은 후불로 결제했습니다. 가족여행하시는 분은 참고하세요.

Brilliant, clean, great staff and excellent facilities
Pros:

Outstanding location, ultra comfortable beds, pillows were great, room was very clean and great sized room. Huge shoutout to the concierge team who helped us book last minute activities!
