京都の玄関口で優雅な夜を過ごせた。
Pros:

12階の部屋からは京都タワー🗼がよく見えたし、夜部屋までの廊下からはプロジェクトマッピングで歓迎して貰ってる感じで暫く立ち止まって鑑賞した。
雨天の天気予報が出ていたのでズボンプレッサーをお願いしておいたら部屋に設置してくれて助かりました。シャワー🚿も気持ち良く使えた。チェックイン前とチェックアウト後にスーツケースや大きな荷物を預けられたのはとても良かったし、スタッフも気持ち良く対応して頂いて感謝してます。

Cons:

フロントの照明が少し暗めで、待ち合わせしていた友達を探すのに手間取ってしまった。

Pros:

Everything from location, breakfast, our room, to the professionalism of the staff.

Cons:

Nothing everything was top notch only complaint our stay was very short in Kyoto.
