酒店位置非常方便, 就在京都車站中央出口旁邊上一層扶手電梯, 房間非常大, 足夠放置兩個打開的行李箱, 員工也非常有禮貌, 下次再來京都, 也會選擇這裡

とても快適に過ごす事が出来ました。
Pros:

お食事は洋食・和食共に満足しています。
特に和食の方は『しつらえ』が変わり楽しく美味しく頂けました。
スタッフの皆様の対応は親切で安心出来ます。

Cons:

お部屋が何時も南側ですので、たまには北側の京都タワーが見れたらと思います。

Pros:

Spacious room with great view of Kyoto Tower. Room was very clean and comfortable. All staff we dealt with were very kind and friendly. Location is the best. Right above Kyoto station, and bus terminal, so getting around Kyoto was simple (once you figure out the station). Good breakfast, and we had an excellent dinner at one of the onsite restaurants, Le Temps. Plenty of food and shopping options around the hotel. Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed at in a very long time, and cannot wait to come back for our next stay.

Location is good, just above the train station. The room is clean and toilet is spacious.

Cons:

Only thing I don"t like is extra charge required when we asked for extra mineral water in the room. These shall be complimentary from hotel.

El hotel fue excelente, bien ubicado, habitación amplia y con todo el confort. Recibí ayuda del conserje con todo lo relativo a los paseos diarios.
El único problema es que la habitación quedaba lejos de los ascensores.
