日本の丁寧なおもてなしがギュッと詰まった素晴らしいホテル

東京駅直結。歴史のある大変古いホテルでありながら、とても綺麗で清潔で、クラシックさもあり同時にモダンさもあり、とにかく素敵なホテルでした。スタッフの方々も大変親切で丁寧で、素晴らしい接客でした。チェックインの瞬間からからチェックアウトまで、感動の連続でした。お部屋の天井が今まで見たことがないほど高く、内装もインテリアも素敵すぎて、ぜひぜひもう一度泊まってみたい❣️とても思わせてくれるホテルでした。

　スタッフの方が皆さん親切で、部屋までご案内いただいた時に不明点も丁寧に教えて下さいました。チェックイン前でしたが荷物を預かっていただき大変助かりました。
　東京駅の喧騒と全く正反対のとても静かな空間で豪華なだけでなくとても落ち着いた時間を過ごすことが出来ました。
　部屋は天井が高くてお風呂がとても快適で、執務机の照明が明るくてとても助かりました。館内ツアーガイドをいただけるのでホテル内を歩くだけでも楽しくなります。
　食事は夜、朝、昼の順で全てホテル内のレストラン、バーでとりましたがとても美味しかったです。
　スタッフ、設備、食事、立地、歴史の全ての面でこれ以上ない位、最高でした。

Wonderful stay!!
Pros:

I loved my stay in The Tokyo Station hotel. Everything about this hotel is beautiful. The service in this hotel is Impeccable.
The decor and the spacious room suites made this establishment even more impressive.
The staff and management are very lovely, professional and accommodating. They made our stay wonderful.
It’s in a great location as well, right in Tokyo. The bar and restaurants are chill and relaxing. Very popular with great menu options.
The hotel and Rooms are always clean and welcoming.

Top-tier hotel with the warmth of a small place
