The hotel's entrance is right next to the Marunouchi South Exit of Tokyo Station. From the Shinkansen (bullet train)'s exit or the Narita Express platform, please follow the sign for the Marunouchi South Exit.
Due to the large number of guests arriving between 15:00 and 17:00, please be advised that it may take time to check in. Luggage storage is available both before and after check-in.

Absolutely amazing stay!
The hotel was beautiful and very clean and had immense historical value which made for a special experience. The staff were fantastic, exceptionally attentive, friendly and accommodating. Also it was easily the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever experienced.
Breakfast was very tasty and had a massive range of western style dishes and a good selection of Japanese breakfast foods too. I personally like that breakfast is not included in the room rate as in this hotel, that way I can choose when I eat in the hotel or elsewhere if I prefer.
Room cleaning was slightly random as to the time the cleaning would happen but it was always cleaned to an extremely high standard so no complaints there. Everything you could possibly ask for: iron, umbrella, hairdryer, extra towels and toiletries, etc was provided.
Very central location of the hotel made for smooth and easy travel, as well as so many restaurants, cafes and stores around the hotel.
I speak Japanese but I heard hotel staff speaking to American guests and the staff all had a high level of English which is a bonus too.
10/10 and looking forward to when I can visit next time!
Not a bad thing at all but just two things to keep in mind:
1. the restaurants and cafes in the hotel are open to the public and are all famous/high quality, so they were often full with long lines. I recommend making a booking beforehand.
2. the 'spa/sauna' An Spa is a Japanese style onsen which means you should not wear swimming clothes. An Spa is also open to the public for a small fee. Some people are happy with that but other cultures are not, so just to keep in mind.

This was our fourth time staying at Tokyo Station hotel. The service is impeccable and the location is great. Also love the amazing buffet breakfast.
I wish there was a lounge area for guests to relax in. Often the main floor lounge is completely full with a line.
Amazing hotel. The space, beds, bathroom were all amazing. The staff hospitality was above and beyond what you would expect. The location was right at the station and easily 10-15 min walk away other areas such as Ginza.
The provided amenities were in small bottles which is delightful but not enough if you want to take more showers after a hot and busy day out.
Because it is a luxurious hotel they didn’t have any access to a coin laundry or microwave, which was a shame when all we want was to heat up konbini food or do a quick laundry.
The price was really expensive each night for the hotel. I guess that’s the downside of them raising the cost due to USD, but other countries have to fork out much more.
