Pros:

De locatie is fantastisch. Fijne uitval basis om Tokyo te verkennen. Je loopt zo het levendige treinstation binnen.

Cons:

Je hoorde de de treinen met regelmaat. Niet hinderlijk maar wel hoorbaar.

Lovely and convenient historic hotel.
Pros:

We enjoyed both the excellent facilities and the fascinating history of this historic hotel. The room was quite spacious and easy to move around in, and the beds, lighting, bathing facilities, and little extras were wonderful. The breakfast buffet in the Atrium was delicious and the setting beautiful. You can't beat the location for convenience.

Cons:

No complaints at all.

Brilliant hotel with amazing staff - highly recommended
Pros:

Amazing front-desk service - not only polite but truly helpful. We didn’t have this level of excellent service for a long time. Location is the best location in Tokyo. Room was very comfortable with a pleasant view.

A special hotel.
Pros:

Service is outstanding, the best I have ever experienced by a wide margin. Position right at the station is what made me pick the hotel in the first instance. All aspects of our stay were 1st class. It is not cheap, but fair value. I will choose the hotel when I return to Tokyo.

Cons:

I cannot think of anything needing improvement.

Iconic hotel in perfect location; worth the splurge if you are able
Pros:

This iconic hotel was our splurge for our first two nights in Japan (repeat visit for me, first time for my spouse). It was sooooooo worth saving money for this special experience (for us). Incredible service, amenities, history, pajamas, various locations in the hotel, the view of the Imperial Palace right out of our window, the comfort of the bed, perfect climate control in the room, being RIGHT in Tokyo station and all that it offers, etc. etc. Absolutely loved it.

Cons:

Nothing, but just a note that unlike other hotels we stayed at around Japan, it is discouraged to wear your post-onset pajamas around the hotel, even from the spa back to your room.
