Top-tier hotel with the warmth of a small place
Pros:

A top-tier, elegant hotel with incredible attention paid to every detail. The rooms are spacious, silent, and extremely comfortable. Would want to stay here as often as I can.

Estilo europeo elegante entre rascacielos modernos. Tranquilo y señorial. Ubicación perfecta.

La ubicación excelente. El estilo clásico y elegante es lo máximo. Muy buena opción. Es tranquilo y bonito.

Un poco laberinto. Además no sabíamos bien llegar a los restaurantes.

Exceeded expectations - Perfection.
Pros:

The property and staff were wonderful. It was the perfect landing spot for my family’s first visit to Japan. The proximity to restaurants, shopping, trains, and the 3 mile run/walking loop around the Imperial Palace made our stay very easy. My daughter says her favorite was the breakfast at the property.
