Genial todo
Pros:

Ubicación y desayunos muy bien. Personal amable y dedicado. El metro muy cerca. Restaurante al lado muy buena calidad y accesible.

Cons:

Quizás el ascensor por momentos colapsa de gente y hay que esperar.

Stay was ok but we could have done better. Poor value.
Pros:

Close to metro and bus services. Location was good and the hotel rooms were clean

Cons:

No kettles in the rooms, a big mistake for those who like to have s cup of tea in the morning. The small bistro is closed from Fri to Sun. The reception staff were found to be very surly, really not helpful.

Agradable sorpresa
Pros:

En general todo. Ubicación excelente, a tan solo 25 minutos del centro en metro y la boca de metro justo al lado del hotel. Personal extraordinario y nos dieron una habitación superior a lo contratado por cortesía del hotel. Desayuno muy bueno y el personal muy amable y profesional.

Cons:

Nada. Todo ha sido fantástico.
