Important information:

-For security, access to the room, gym and pool will be possible until the key and the room are delivered.

-Check in is done from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation.

-We do not have a luggage storage area.

-The free cleaning service we provide is weekly and is performed every seventh day of stay. Extra cleaning service is available at an additional cost.

-The gym and pool have a limited number of guests. Ask for details at reception.

-The pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is active and is for the exclusive use of guests.

-The suite does not have kitchen utensils services. If required, we have a kit with an additional cost at reception.

-We don't have any room service.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

No hacen limpieza diaria y no hay utensilios para la cocineta, hay que rentarlos aparte.

Que no hacen limpieza de las habitaciones diario y que hay que bajar las toallas mojadas y hacer el cambio en recepción. Que no hay utensilios de cocina parta las cocinetas que hay dentro de las habitaciones, justo por eso rente ese lugar.

It met our needs in a good way.
Pros:

I like the area. Close to stores, restaurants. The gym and pool are small but very nice. Fridge in room is particularly useful. Very secure and Also smoke free premises. Staff are cheerful and friendly

Cons:

One morning no internet. Made it impossible to get transport to an appointment. And girl at front desk unwilling to help.

Pros:

La situation géographique à 2min à pied du musée Mayas, à 50m d'un mega supermarché où l'on trouve de tout( même des chocolatines!), possibilité d'y manger.
A 50m d'un cinéma .
Proche d'un arrêt de bus qui amène directement au centre de Merida. ( information de l'application donnée par les personnes de l'accueil)

Cons:

Amélioration possible: lumière individuelle à la tête de lit.
Attention le studio n'est pas équipé d'ustensiles, ni de vaisselle.

Excelente hotel, muy recomendable

Todo!!! Excelente ubicación, la recamara muy limpia, ordenada y amplia . La cocina superó mi expectativa. Refri, microondas y parrilla de primer nivel. Excelente WIFI, pantalla plana Y A/A. Sábanas y toallas impecables. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas. No se escucha ruido del exterior. Amplio estacionamiento y plazas, tiendas de autoservicio y restaurantes muy cerca.

Cons:

El trato del recepcionista en turno. No limpiaron ayer nuestra habitación. Salimos a mediodía, quitamos el letrero de "no molestar", la camarista estaba aún limpiando el cuarto de al lado por lo que creímos qué se limpiaria la nuestra. En la noche que regresamos nos quejamos en recepción y nos dijeron que estaba puesto el letrero de "no molestar" qué por eso no se arregló. El recepcionista le aseguró ai esposo que estaba el letrero y no se podía hacer nada. Solo cambio de las toallas. Falta luz en el espejo del baño.
