Important information:

-For security, access to the room, gym and pool will be possible until the key and the room are delivered.

-Check in is done from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation.

-"Early check" in is not available

-We do not have a luggage storage area.

-The free cleaning service we provide is weekly and is performed every seventh day of stay. Extra cleaning service is available at an additional cost.

-The gym and pool have a limited number of guests. Ask for details at reception.

-The pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is active and is for the exclusive use of guests.

-The suite does not have kitchen utensils services. If required, we have a kit with an additional cost at reception.

-We don't have any room service.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Cons:

No tuve limpieza durante mi estancia en la habitacion, no me cambiaron las sabanas ,tenía que pedir a diario papel sanitario en recepcion si quería cambiar toallas tenía que llevar las que use un dia antes en la recepción . El baño tenía hongos en la regadera .

Nuestro hotel favorito de fin de semana en Plan familiar.
Pros:

Definitivamente la ubicacion. El tener a un lado el Chedraui Selecto facilita en mucho el nivel de comfort que puedes tener, sobre todo viajando en familia. Las amenidades como el refrigerador, el microondas y la estufa contribuyen en mucho a que puedas economizar en familia. Nuestro hotel favorito para pasar el fin de semana en Merida.

Cons:

Hay una chica en recepcion muy malhumorada. Todo el personal es amable, pero ella ademas de ser muy fria, es cuadrada e inflexible. No me gusta interactuar con ella.

Insatisfecho.
Pros:

Limpieza, y el servicio.

Cons:

La televisión no tenía canales, por más que le buscamos no pude ver tele. Y el precio, me lo cambió BOOKING a la hora de hacer el pago, aunque se suponía que ya incluía los impuestos y cargos, pero lo cambió... Y eso me dejó mal sabor de boca.

Расположение просто супер! Рядом с периферико, удобно ехать куда угодно в Мериде.
Очень безопасный район
Огромное количество кафе и ресторанов на любой кошелек
До супермаркета чедрауи 200 метров
До костко, Ливерпуля, декатлона 15 минут ходьбы.

Холодильник в номере вообще огонь!
Наличие стиральных и сушильных машин в отеле- просто отлично.

Cons:

Шум в номере издает всё!
Холодильник дико шумный
Кондиционер дико шумный
Вытяжка в ванной дико шумная
И даже вода в унитазе смывается с диким шумом.
В номере нет воды, на этаже нет кулера, воду нужно покупать
Уборку делают только если вы проживаете в отеле больше 7 дней..
