-For security, access to the room, gym and pool will be possible until the key and the room are delivered.

-Check in is done from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation.

-We do not have a luggage storage area.

-The free cleaning service we provide is weekly and is performed every seventh day of stay. Extra cleaning service is available at an additional cost.

-The gym and pool have a limited number of guests. Ask for details at reception.

-The pool hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is active and is for the exclusive use of guests.

-The suite does not have kitchen utensils services. If required, we have a kit with an additional cost at reception.

-We don't have any room service.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Excelente hotel, muy recomendable
Pros:

Todo!!! Excelente ubicación, la recamara muy limpia, ordenada y amplia . La cocina superó mi expectativa. Refri, microondas y parrilla de primer nivel. Excelente WIFI, pantalla plana Y A/A. Sábanas y toallas impecables. Camas y almohadas muy cómodas. No se escucha ruido del exterior. Amplio estacionamiento y plazas, tiendas de autoservicio y restaurantes muy cerca.

Cons:

El trato del recepcionista en turno. No limpiaron ayer nuestra habitación. Salimos a mediodía, quitamos el letrero de "no molestar", la camarista estaba aún limpiando el cuarto de al lado por lo que creímos qué se limpiaria la nuestra. En la noche que regresamos nos quejamos en recepción y nos dijeron que estaba puesto el letrero de "no molestar" qué por eso no se arregló. El recepcionista le aseguró ai esposo que estaba el letrero y no se podía hacer nada. Solo cambio de las toallas. Falta luz en el espejo del baño.

Muy buen la habitación, con un refrigerador de tamaño normal lo que ayuda y me ayudó con artículos que llevaba y necesitaba refrigeración. La cama muy buena y por supuesto la ubicación me parece excelente. Puedes tener todo para tu desayuno.

Cons:

Cómo estuve solo una noche ya que iba de paso, no encontré nada que no me gustara.

La ubicación es innigualable, cerca de Chedraui Selecto y de centros comerciales a lo que se puede llegar a pie

Cons:

Primero que nada, no tenian cubiertos disponibles, ni platos ni nada, y cuandi fui a recepción me los cobraron, igualmente las llaves adicionales las cobran y ni mencionar que encontre una cucaracha en un cajon ¡Han bajado muchisimo la calidad de la atención!

Pros:

Cerca del lugar donde era el evento al que iba.

Cons:

Demasiado sucio, cucarachas en recepción y en las habitaciones, higiene muy deficiente. Hace algunos años me quedé ahí y estaba bien ahora incluso el personal fue muy desagradable en su trato. No limpiaron la habitación en una semana.

No había ningún utensilio para utilizar la cocineta, ni modo que cargues eso en el viaje,, tampoco cortesías como agua o shanpoos qué normalmente te surten en la estancia
