Very very disappointed with staff behaviour and website booking

Hotel rooms were good but staff behaviour was very bad we lost our money through online booking and staff didn't even bother about that

We booked the hotel through online we selected number of persons and number of rooms booked it. The website did not clearly explain about number of people when we reached they told they will be allowing number of people that were selected in the website also showed us small rooms and asked us we have to book another room we lost our money we paid extra It costed us so much amount over all staff didn't even try to solve it they were just wanted us to pay extra money staff is complete money minded the website is also worst

Overall met my purpose of one night.
Pros:

Only one chair provided when 2 people occupied. Also we ordered coffee and it has come from outside and the boy asked immediately cash. We should have option of paying through phone pay. We managed somehow.
