Smell in the room affects whole stay negatively
Pros:

Nice location. Close to st pancrass and Oxford Street and Covent Garden.
Breakfast is also good with variable options.

Cons:

the bad smell in the room. Especially during the night; there was smell of sewer; which was very terrible and awakens you. that smell comes from the douche/wc.

Excellent location, really comfortable well appointed room and great value.

Cons:

If I was to quibble, could have more choice at breakfast - poached eggs, porridge, smoothies, overnight oats that kind of thing. But what was there was perfectly good and very tasty.

Pros:

We had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton London. The room was comfortable and met all our expectations.

The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. What truly stood out was the staff — well-trained, professional, and extremely polite. It’s honestly not something you come across very often these days.

Overall, an excellent experience — definitely a 10/10 stay, and we would gladly return.

Fantastic, family friendly hotel, modern, quiet and safe. Walking distance to lots of attractions.
Pros:

Modern, clean, very comfortable rooms. Restaurant also very modern and comfortable with a fantastic selection of food for breakfast. There was no noise at night and as a mother and daughter we felt very safe.

Cons:

Check in was at 3.30 and our room was not ready until 4.30 despite being allocated a room at 1pm and being told it had been prioritised for the team getting rooms ready.

Good for a stay
Pros:

1 night in London after the theatre. Was a nice stay with breakfast even if the queen deluxe room was a little small but ok for one night. Breakfast had a good voice but sat beside people who just talked on their phones to others without headphones which ruined it a bit. Not the hotels fault

Prima maar ga niet nog een keer boeken.

Het probleemoplossend vermogen van het personeel. Kamer was niet op tijd klaar omdat ze de extra geboekte optie (versiering kamer) waren vergeten. Eerst moesten we een uur wachten, daarna nog 20 minuten, toen nog 10 en toen nog 5 minuten. We voelden ons aan het lijntje gehouden en kregen niet het idee dat het personeel veel moeite deed om de kamer klaar te hebben. Vervolgens waren ze ook nog een deel van celebration package vergeten in de kamer. Bij het ontbijt wordt gevraagd of je koffie of thee wil. Dit wordt vervolgens niet gebracht en wordt dus ook vergeten. Kortom, het personeel is erg warrig waardoor de beleving van de gast minder is.

Pros:

Great location, central but still quiet. Clean room, comfy bed, good tv, lovely waterfall shower, robes and slippers and cookies on arrival!
