I had a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton - West End. The hotel and my room were top quality and very comfortable. I was especially impressed by the outstanding service from Jamal and Shahid. Jamal attentively found a room that met my needs and let me view it beforehand, while Shahid kindly clarified policies and ensured all my needs were met at checkout. Both were friendly, flexible, and made my experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Geetha is exceptional. From the moment of booking until departure, she is always professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. She pays attention to every detail and consistently goes above and beyond to make every stay seamless and enjoyable.
What stands out most is her empathy. It's not just with me, I have seen her treat everyone with the same kindness, patience, and respect. She has a natural ability to make people feel welcome and valued. Her dedication and warmth never go unnoticed, and she is a big reason why I always enjoy coming back.

So very impressed by this hidden gem. The best part of my stay were the incredible staff. We had a really rough trip coping with a horrible experience with a previous accommodation following very long travel with elderly grandparents. Aliyah and her staff were just amazing. Thoughtful, supportive and very accommodating and made everyone feel special and valued. The hotel has both older rooms and some rooms that are already renovated with modern amenities, but both are great. All hotel staff - from reception to the restaurant staff and housecleaning were all amazing. Great location with subway access and very walkable to main attractions and also university hospitals and colleges. Will definitely come back! Thanks for a great stay and wonderful memories!
Me and my daughter stayed here for her 12th birthday & they went above and beyond for us. Customer service is brilliant and my daughter was very happy with the towel display on the bed with balloons! Will definitely be back.

Small bathroom
Great location, room was pleasant although makeup area a bit tight, nice and clean, fresh towels and warm cookies provided. Plug sockets next to bed and TV in room allowed access to apps which was great.

Stayed three nights. Too early to check in so they kindly took and stored our bags. Staff very friendly and efficient.
AC in room was excellent - in a city where AC is hard to find this was a huge plus.
Reception area and bar very spacious and nice.
Room and bathroom tiny - barely functional. They have crammed as many rooms in as possible. Obviously rehabbed a nice old building, but kind of ruined it.
The room was great value for 3 people attending a show. Great location and affordable for London. Very friendly staff, welcoming and helpful. Room very clean.

We paid a lot of money shall we say for 4 nights Mon-Fri (Booked through the company) what I don't like is booking a room after seeing the images of said room only to arrive and get a totally different room (false advertising in my mind) but staff did move us to a better room but still not the one I thought I'd booked (not their fault, but very helpful and understanding)
The reason for the deduction of another star is, when you (Hilton) advertise a "wellness centre" I expect more than just a small room with 1 workout bench 2 treadmills, bike and a few weights! I do on the other hand expect, a sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and plunge pool..... Please be aware what you have is a small gym/workout area, not a wellness centre!
