Enjoyed our stay, good location and good facilities but the rooms should have a small fridge. Everything else very good
Pros:

Good location, polite helpful staff, quiet room even though it was at the from overlooking main road.

Cons:

No fridge in the room. Needed for medication and special food.

Room was comfortable and had what we needed

Cons:

Room small for the price paid, charged for water whenever drank and had to constantly request a refund, had to pay an extra £50 on arrival which we were not made aware of at all.

Welcoming, accommodating, efficient & friendly staff, clean, good room, spacious (superior king), good bathroom with large walk in shower, quiet, comfortable bed, great breakfast, convenient location, 5 minutes walk from Holborn Tube

Cons:

Small lifts, could have included the water in the room (chargeable £2 per small bottle if not a Hilton member)

It was a good stay once we got our room changed over.
Pros:

The staff were all excellent, we had a problem with our room and were shifted the next day with no fuss. The breakfast was very good with good choices.

Cons:

The beds are not comfortable but what is comfortable to one is not to another! the room service menu was not up too much and very over priced £10.90 for a sandwich and £5.00 to deliver.....
