Pros:

Was clean,very comfortable bed.

Cons:

No fridge in the room,most of the staff didn't speak English, No milk with the coffee's etc.Had to wait a long time for drinks at the bar.

beautiful property but could hear external noises in room. example people talking the corridor - other rooms which woke me up several times

Cons:

i took the key card out of the room electric holder and when we come back in. there was a key card in the electricity slot, we believe someone entered our room when we were not there

Pros:

Nice welcome pleasing entrance and food bar area. Very clean room and great shower

Cons:

Room felt a bit clinical fridge didn’t work and only 4 sachets of milk although staff did provide more on request

A very comfortable stay
Pros:

The hotel is extremely well situated in a very nice area. It was within easy walking distance of all the areas we wanted to visit.

Cons:

The room was rather small with virtually no drawer space and there wasn't enough hanging space for towels in the bathroom.

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, der lediglich durch einen kleinen Mangel im Bad leicht beeinträchtigt wurde.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war gut in zwei Bereiche gegliedert und zudem sehr gut schallisoliert. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das gebuchte Frühstück war sehr ansprechend und reichhaltig. Besonders angenehm waren die Frühstückszeiten: unter der Woche bis 10:00 Uhr und am Wochenende sogar bis 11:00 Uhr.

Cons:

Die Duschkabine war nicht ausreichend abgedichtet, wodurch Wasser im unteren Türbereich austrat und sich im Bad verteilte.

Excellent hotel and we had a lovely weekend in London
Pros:

The location of the hotel was excellent for our theatre trip and all staff and facilities were excellent

Cons:

The lifts were quite slow with one being out of order but we used the stairs which was fine
