Very nice hotel, just a few tweaks away from being excellent.
Pros:

The room was very nice, plenty of space. Same with the en suite. The bed was super comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and plenty of options. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The option to drop off your bags before and after check in/out was a nice option, but we felt the system/organization could've been better. When we went to retrieve them, instead of them knowing exactly where our bags were, they opened the door and basically asked if we saw our bags. The more bags in the room, the harder and more overwhelming this became. Also, it was easy to hear the occupants of the room next to us. They were using the bathroom and playing loud music long after midnight. One of the main purposes of a hotel room is to get some sleep and, unfortunately, I had to use my noise-canceling headphones in order to get some peace and quiet.

Overall was really enjoyable, we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

We liked the welcome we received and it was our Wedding anniversary .They gave us a room upgrade which we really appreciated it was a lovely surprise.

Cons:

The breakfast was disappointing the beacon was cold ,dry and tough.

Good value for money in London
Pros:

It was a good location, three hotel was comfortable and was everything we expected. For London it was also a decent price.

Pros:

The location was great and the room was comfortable and spacious.

Cons:

Check-in was long and issue with keys. Unable to use lift or access room. Staff were not very helpful and at breakfast there was no assistance or explanation of what was available etc.
