Pros:

Not what we would rate as 5star. No porters to help with luggage. It is a great location and room good and good bathroom
Buffet breakfast highly disappointing not even tea and coffee bought to the table. No fresh fruit apart from melon everything else was tinned!!! If you wanted yogurt or different coffee you had to queue at another counter and pay extra. While the staff were dealing with these orders anybody waiting for a table was left standing

I won’t stay here again
Cons:

I didn’t eat breakfast but I did wait an hour to be served at dinner which was appalling. And that was after I tried ordering room service who were very unhelpful. They phoned me back to say your paying $55 for a steak, are you sure you want potatoes???

Pros:

Our flight got in very late so we really appreciated the location and were greeted by a lovely member of the team. Room was large and comfortable and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast was delicious.

Pros:

Was close to train and all transport. Easy walk to lots of eateries. Hotel was clean and staff were very helpful and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing

Cons:

Not all lifts were functioning in fact only one for the entire building so had to use the service lift. Long waits for the lift because of this. Car parking is. Disasters. Should have a valet. When i questioned all this i found the manager rude and condescending
