Pros:

Liked how quick and easy it was to book. The location was great. Bed was great and comfy and the service good

Cons:

The car parking is difficult to navigate and costs. There is no cutlery in the room, only teaspoons.

Reasonable hotel in central Adelaide where the stay could have been better.
Pros:

Location. Bed and mattress and room layout were good. Breakfast menu and range was also liked.

Cons:

Lights in room did not work. Check in process was a mess with a customer with the same surname assigned to me. For the mess up I was given a $50 credit in the drinks lounge which was not documented properly and then it turned into a point of contention upon departure.

Très bon séjour.
Pros:

La qualité d’accueil. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Le confort de la chambre. L’emplacement en centre ville avec la grande rue commerçante toute proche.

Cons:

La vue sur le parking et sur un mur depuis la chambre.

Brilliant hotel very close to trains trams, buses and great walks.
