Location & parking
Arrived early and able to check in straight away; Room upgraded.
Breakfast is expensive but enjoyable
This hotel was chosen for its central location - always great service - always clean and tidy - and staff are always polite and helpful.
Breakfast staff clearing the tables - when collecting a plate from our table - placed a stack of dirty plates on top of my husbands plate in order to collect it ! Which was less than ideal...
All good
The lift situation and no stairs is really a mess

The room and breakfast
The line up to check in. Needed more staff
Location as it’s close to everything and ease of access to the hotel.
Bathroom was very dated with a hole in the tiles on the bath, rust stain that looked like blood at first & pink soap scum on the top of the bath.
did not have any meals
no view from room, cement wall in car park
The location was great as we had a function at the casino rooftop. We also stayed there the previous year for Gather Round as it was a great location to get to Adelaide Oval.
My only feedback would be the lighting in the room. I noticed on both occasions, the lighting is not bright enough in the room and it makes it hard when getting ready (make up, hair etc). The bathroom is a little brighter, but the lighting (as in the colour of the lighting as well), isn't ideal for doing make up.
