The inconvenience of the lifts .. such long wait time for the lifts I would have taken the stairs to be quicker if I wasn’t injured

Cost for room didn't reflect in the room
The only good thing about this hotel is the location in my personal opinion. Shame, as it's listed as 5 stars....but it's definitely not. We've stayed in many 5 star hotels and this is definitely not up to standard, I'd go as far as 3.5 stars.
Very outdated, needs a good revamp, looking tired and old. 3 lifts and only 1 worked...took ages to get anywhere, we were told to use the service lift. Check in staff unenthusiastic, not overly friendly or happy. Cascades bar had 1 barman on a Friday night, needed extra staff for quicker service. Car park is extremely tight.

The lifts were really slow
The location was just as we wanted. The Argentinan restaurant served very good wagu steaks which tasted brilliant
It's an old hotel which needs updating and the management are rather lax as the room cleaning and servicing are very hit and miss. We found that sometimes we had water left although it was supposed to happen every day. One of the lifts was being replaced at one of the busiest times ( the adeade festival) and the rooms lacked a coffee pod maker just old world and needed updating
Everything. It’s a wonderful place to stay.

No private parking onsite at the hotel which was a great problem especially with young kids
An excellent room, great service and an excellent restaurant
The lift to the carpark was out of order and the bar closed too early so went across the street to the casino.
