部屋は広くて良いですが、以下の点が気になりました。
ウェルカムドリンクがあったのですが、夕方の早い時間でしたがビールサーバーが空でした。
部屋のバスタブの排水が悪く、シャワーを使っていると足元に水が溜まってしまします。部屋に置いてあったティーパックが賞味期限切れでした。空気清浄機が設置されているのですが、使おうと思ったらフィルターにびっしり誇りが溜まっていたため、使いませんでした。
部屋の見た目は良いのですが、細かいところが行き届いていないようです。
スタッフさんも親切でとても良かったです。
スタッフの方の対応がきめ細やかでよかったです。エアコンの温度調節がうまくできなかったのはちょっと残念でしたが、料金のお手頃さを考えるとトータルではじゅうぶん満足です。
ハッピーアワー。ビールをいただきました。
最後の日は新幹線の時間まで荷物を預かってもらい、もう少しだけ楽しむことができました。
京阪電車の清水五条駅に程近いのであちこちいけましたよー👍

The staff were very kind and welcoming towards us. The Air Conditioning was amazing for the heat and humidity (41°). The room was very spacious. Thank you.

一人でツインの部屋に泊まりました。
ちょうどよい広さでした。
15時半ぐらいにチェックインして、
汗を流そうと思い、
地下にあるお風呂が15時からなので、
入らせてもらいました。
入れたてなのか、湯船が熱すぎて、
笑いました。
繁華街から少し離れ落ち着いてゆっくり景観を楽しめる清水寺や東大谷寺がある五建ういろうの和菓子や生麸のお店もあり河井寛治郎作品のギャラリーもある
宿泊直前に予約しましたが、土曜日なのにこんなに安くていいの？と思える額でした。
フロントには初老の品の良いおじさんが対応。最初ちょっと怖い感じがしたが、部屋に入ってこちらのミスで金庫のエラー音が止まらなくなり、フロントに連絡したらこちらのおじさんが対処してくれました。
「何かありましたらご遠慮なく連絡してください」と、実直な対応に感激しました。
改善点があるとしたら、英語対応の部分が少ないところ。宿泊者の外国人女性が夕食のレストランの場所がわからず右往左往していた。(朝食会場と同じ場所です)
あと過去のクチコミに空調に関する苦情で2/10の評価があったが、これも「空調は一括管理」の英文があれば少しは評価上がるかもと感じた。
肝心の空調は、止めれば暑く感じ、入れるとしばらくしたら寒く感じたので風向変更で対応した。風量が調整できないのは改善が必要かも…
それでも和室ツインのシングルユースでゆったり滞在できましたし、ウェルカムドリンクもいただけたので総合的には大満足です
スタッフの対応が良かった
立地が良く、歩いて行ける範囲に有名な社寺があり、便利。小さめだがサウナ付きの浴場があり、疲れもとれる。京都に行く機会があれば、また泊まりたい。
We arrived a bit early and they were kind and let us store our luggage. The hotel has a nice spot close to some bars, restaurants and 7/11. However, the room was a bit small, compared to what was shown in the picture. We had a room with 4 single beds. But overall it was an okey stay! The people at the reception were helpful and very nice!
Perfect hotel along a main highway in Kyoto. A little bit of a walk away from Kyoto station, though very pretty so definitely worth the walk over a taxi ride. The building looks a bit unassuming at first but is lovely. Due to my tattoos I did not use the onsen, but there is one available at times. They helped with filling out the Yamoto luggage service form (waybill) which is always super nice for the first time! Close walk from Kiyomizu-dera and Yasaka shrines - .come early in the morning or the evening to see less tourists on your way! I will most likely stay here again when I come back to Kyoto!

Hotel aceptable. Camas cómodas y habitaciones de buen tamaño pero el servicio es bastante flojito y la limpieza, para un país como Japón, creo que está por debajo de la media

Seguro que regreso nuevamente fueron muy amables en recepción, las estaciones de metro están muy cerca , como tiendas de conveniencia, muy cerca de lugares turísticos más recomendados , lo único que podrían mejorar son los horarios para utilizar el cuarto de lavado , ya que como viajeros aprovechamos el tiempo que nos queda para poder lavar nuestra ropa y si nos ponen horarios se hace más complicado , es el único detalle que yo podría pedir que se mejorará. Lo demás estuvo excelente , me pudieron apoyar resguardando mis maletas tanto de llegada como de salida , este hotel es cómodo , limpio, la ubicación me encantó ya que pude visitar casi todo a pie, hay lugar específico por si eres fumador y eso lo hizo más que excelente para mí , lo recomiendo , gracias por sus atenciones a todos los de recepción, saludos
