The property is spectacular in its structure and grounds. We also liked that it was historical.
Our room felt like we were in a long term care facility. It was in desperate need of a refresh. Also quite dark.
I don't know how to describe the bathroom except to say that I did not want to go in there. The shower, again, like a long term care facility.

We liked the Hotel and grounds and location. The restaurant was fine.
We are older and it was very difficult for my husband. The reason was our room was at the end of the hall and far from the restaurant, front desk. The Queen room was lovely, but very small with only one chair.
