What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was the Guest Relationship Manager, Naz. She went far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. Every single day she took the time to call my room to check on my wellbeing and ensure that everything was perfect. Those thoughtful calls weren't just part of her job they reflected genuine kindness, professionalism, and a sincere commitment to guest satisfaction.

Otelde geçirdiğimiz süre boyunca her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Özellikle Naz Hanım’a ayrıca teşekkür etmek istiyorum. İlk andan itibaren güler yüzü, samimiyeti ve profesyonel yaklaşımıyla bizi çok iyi karşıladı. Her sorumuzla tek tek ilgilendi, her konuda yardımcı oldu ve kendimizi gerçekten rahat hissetmemizi sağladı.

Misafirlerine karşı gösterdiği ilgi, saygı ve içtenlik gerçekten takdire şayan. Böyle işini severek yapan ve misafir memnuniyetini ön planda tutan çalışanlarla karşılaşmak çok güzel. Naz Hanım sayesinde konaklamamız çok daha keyifli ve unutulmaz geçti.

Bu oteli gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederim. Başta Naz Hanım olmak üzere tüm ekibe emekleri ve misafirperverlikleri için çok teşekkür ederim. Tekrar aynı şehre gelirsem hiç düşünmeden bu oteli tercih edeceğim. Her şey için tekrar teşekkürler.

Pros:

We arrived late and exhausted on 10th June. We were welcomed by friendly staff. We were upgraded to a suite on 13th floor free of charge. The suite was beautiful.
