Звукоизоляция. Чистота в номерах.

Cons:

Завтрак плохой, ужин ещё хуже.Фен в номере не работал. Вода в бассейне холодная и спа в общем. Соотношение цена/ качество на размещение - не соответствуют. В округе есть отели с более лучшими условиями.
На услуги и товары в отеле цены очень завышены.

Great staff and breakfast; and the fresh fruit in our room was a really nice touch.

Cons:

The lighting in the rooms was pretty harsh and the room was very warm even with the heat off all night.

Pros:

Menadżer ds relacji szybko działał ze wszystkim co się zgłosiłam. Po zgłoszeniu hałasu w pokoju wymienili nam pokój na taki w wyższym standardzie. Pani Menager była bardzo życzliwa

Cons:

Panował trochę chaos. Nie wiedzieli że mają dla nas paczki na wyjazd z jedzeniem mimo że zgłaszaliśmy dwukrotnie. Nieszczelne okna

Mooi hotel om te verblijven met veel voorzieningen en zeer vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Mooi groot hotel met veel faciliteiten, vriendelijk personeel en een grote kamer. Vlakbij openbaar vervoer voorzieningen.

Cons:

Temperatuur kamer was te warm.

Lots needs to be improved
Pros:

Not impressed with much of the property other than the gym!

Cons:

We have been a little disappointed for what is supposedly a 5 star hotel

To have had a room that has reminded extremely warm with no impact from changing the in room heating settings and from leaving the window open for the last few days made nights quite uncomfortable.

We had a shower than not only had a broken sliding door but also leaked from the back corner across the bathroom floor with every use even if we managed to fully close the shower door.

We also had one day when the shower gel was empty and hadn’t been refilled.

In addition, the shower kept going from freezing cold to scalding. Difficult for me but dangerous for our young daughter!

We had to use a towel to block the light coming in to the room from under the door from a continuous blinking and flashing light outside the room.

Food was ok

Overall, not what I would deem a 5 star hotel stay

Pros:

Gym was good although opening times not ideal

Cons:

The rooms were boiling! Impossible to sleep and apparently it’s not possible to adjust. The cooling isn’t adjustable from the control panel in the room. The window barely opens so doesn’t help to cool the room.

Showers go from freezing to boiling and back again with no warning
