Pros:

Maintains a certain, consistent standard, in the good sense.

Gym timing should be from 6am.

Cons:

Would be better if they put small warm sleeping light for night sleep tjme lighting.

Amazing customer service and brilliant stay
Pros:

I just stayed at La Quinta by Wyndham Istanbul Gunesli again, and I’m honestly so impressed by how they treat their guests.

I had a small issue during my last stay, but the way their public relations and management teams handled my feedback was next-level. They got back to me incredibly fast, genuinely listened to my concerns, and went above and beyond to make things right.

To top it all off, they completely surprised me by offering a free upgrade to one of their amazing suites! The suite was absolutely stunning, super spacious, and so comfortable.

It’s rare to find a hotel that actually listens to feedback and takes action this fast. They completely turned things around and won me over.

I had a fantastic time and am already looking forward to my next stay here!

Konaklamamız boyunca her şey kusursuzdu. Özellikle Nazlı Hanım’ın samimi ilgisi, güler yüzü ve bize özenle ayarladığı muhteşem lüks oda sayesinde kendimizi gerçekten çok özel hissettik. Misafir memnuniyetine verdikleri önem ve gösterdikleri özen her ayrıntıda hissediliyordu. Unutulmaz bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Başta Nazlı Hanım olmak üzere emeği geçen tüm ekibe içten teşekkür ederiz. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edeceğimiz ve ilk fırsatta tekrar tercih edeceğimiz harika bir otel.
