We stopped for one night at Pristine, on our way back from Bufallo springs to Nairobi and liked the nice gardens and relaxed atmosphere.
I think it also a good getaway when visting Aberdare NP.

Great customer service, welcoming and friendly staff most especially the lovely lady Constance. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great views on the room balconies. Generous portions for dinner even though it was a la carte.
They had good breakfast too, but the options were limited.

It was really nice
A haven of tranquility in an old coffee farm. Beautiful views and friendly staff. They had added spa services which I tested and can recommed. Food is still a bit varied - some dished excellent some not at the same level. All in all, warm recommendation.
Arrived at reception.....No one to welcome us.
5 mins to 10mins we left went to look for another place to spend the night
No one pick calls even after requesting during confirmations

Looking for customer care services
The location is fairly easy to get to, the room was comfortable and clean, and the aesthetic was clean. The surrounding area is green and lovely, Great for Birding and also has really special flora all around. The staff were exceptional especially the lady at the reception, Constance. Great value for money and a lovely quiet getaway.
It got a little hot at night, but it was safe enough to open the back garden doors to cool the room. The property doesn't have a pool. Other than this, the place was great.
This was our second time in a short periode to stay here. Friendly staff. Good affordable massages. Clean. Spacious. Green.
Breakfast was not so good this time, fruit not ripe. Long waiting times for dinner. A bit expensive.
Food was amazing. Staff very responsive. The room was awesome. Breathtaking views. Very comfy and cozy.
There were a couple of times that power went out.
