Pros:

先ずレセプションでは、予約が確認出来ないとのことで、
偶々印刷していた予約確認書を見せて事なきを得た。
エスコートして行った部屋は既に先客ありで、別のキーを持って来て隣の部屋へ、室内はベッドを含め？？？の状態で、唯一エアコンが動いて良かった程度。

Pros:

Beautiful room in a great location just outside the main part of Senggigi. Probably would want to have a scooter to get around the area but super close to some of the best beaches on the west coast and great local food!

Cons:

No noise proofing so you can hear everything your neighbours get up to 😵‍💫

Alright but a bit sneaky
Pros:

Pretty good location if you have a bike, also a nice beach nearby. Shops down the road. The pool is nice although a little layer of grime on the surface

Cons:

Unfortunately the staff told us the breakfast was included. They only had eggs and toast but as it was included we tried it and it was actually quite tasty. But then after the meal they changed their mind and were quite forceful saying we had to pay. Bad vibes and took away from the whole experience.

Le personnel

Cons:

logement ne correspondait pas aux prestations annoncées : la climatisation était proposée en option et aucun ventilateur n’était disponible. Booking ne répond pas aux e-mails de réclamation, renvoyant systématiquement vers l’hôtel. Je suis surtout en colère contre Booking, qui ne montre pas les chambres réellement attribuées mais uniquement les meilleures photos, sans vérifier la conformité des prestations. Lors d’une réclamation, il est impossible d’obtenir une réponse.

Nous avons quitté le logement très tôt. C’est dommage, car cet hôtel a du potentiel, mais il aurait besoin d’un sérieux relooking. Il est anormal que la climatisation soit en option alors qu’elle est bien présente dans la chambre, mais que l’on refuse de la mettre en marche. De plus, la télévision ne fonctionnait pas et le lieu était isolé.

la proximité à la plage

Cons:

Très mauvaise isolation sonore, beaucoup de fourmis et moustique dans la chambre car impossible de bien fermer, rideau pas opaque donc beaucoup de lumière. Le lit d’appoint était juste un matelas par terre donc un peu limite pour une chambre vendu pour trois. Pas de wifi dans la chambre, aucun accès à l’eau potable en libre service et une salle de bain qui laisse à désirer.

The staff were nice and helpful to remove the cockroaches from our room.

Cons:

Did not enjoy having multiple cockroaches in our room, the plastic sheets covering some of the holes around the room are not sealed properly, letting bugs into the rooms.

Goede prijs kwaliteitverhouding en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Het personeel deed enorm zijn best om het naar mijn zin te maken. Mocht zonder problemen van kamer ruilen toen ik aangaf dat balkondeur niet goed sloot. Er werd zelfs een stoel voor me gehaald voor op het balkon. Het complex zelf ziet er ietwat verouderd uit. Maar de prijs kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend en ik heb goed geslapen. Bij het resort aan de overkant genoten van het mooie uitzicht op de zee, diner en cocktail op het strand. Op deze manier een prima locatie om te overnachten vooral als je op doorreis bent.

Cons:

Badkamer sober, balkon zonder stoel maar dat werd netjes opgelost. Geen uitgebreide maaltijdservice.
