Cons:

It is not really a tourist village but a great place to stop in between Chiang Rai and Chiang Mai so the location suited us.

Very nice spacious room and hot drinks etc. for a night en route somewhere or base for hot springs.
Pros:

Central location, very spacious and well appointed room. Drinks n snacks in lobby. Medium-sized fridge.

Cons:

On the main road, so traffic noise. Water pressure for shower could be better.
