Excellent hotel in the best location
Pros:

Location was excellent as I chose this hotel for the Tokyo marathon so there was a direct train to the start line and finish line. The hotel itself has good facilities and the breakfast is very good and lots of options for everyone.

Cons:

Rooms could have been slightly bigger as for a couple this would have been a little small but as i was by myself it was not an issue.

Quiet, convenient stay near Tokyo Dome with roomy rooms, helpful staff, and great restaurants—9/10.
Pros:

Great location near Tokyo Dome in a quiet area, away from the usual Tokyo traffic. The staff, including the concierge, were very helpful and attentive. The room was spacious by Tokyo standards, and the lobby has a convenient money changer. There’s a Lawson just across the hotel, plus several other convenience stores nearby. It’s also close to a variety of international restaurants—ramen, Korean, Indian, Middle Eastern, and Italian—all within about a 10-minute walk.

Cons:

I had planned to take the train to Shibuya at midnight for a stroll, but the nearest stations stop running by then, so it was a bit inconvenient. That said, it’s not really a complaint about the hotel—just a small limitation of the location.

Met expectations!
Pros:

Access to washing machines, dryer and microwave were helpful. Quiet location. All round very good.
Service was reliable and everything was very clean.

Pros:

Nice location for travellers who like a quieter and less touristy part of Tokyo. Rooms are as advertised, and given the hotel celebrating its 40th birthday it's still very modern, with all modern amenities.

This hotel is an excellent base for exploring Tokyo.
Pros:

Excellent location for access to beautiful gardens, JR station and Tokei metro. Rooms quite spacious and affordable for Tokyo. Staff attentive, professional and courteous.

Comfortable, great location, amazing staff
Pros:

The hotel was incredibly clean and comfortable! Checking in was very easy, the staff were very kind and helpful. At one point I had a personal item taken from my room by accident by cleaning staff, but the reception staff were amazing and managed to find it for me in less than 30 mins and delivered it to my room! The room was clean and very very comfortable, the beds and pillows were super comfy and the shower was amazing. Has every amenity you could need from free water refilled every day to free toiletries and pajamas. The location was wonderful too. Would love to come back here and stay again on my next trip!
