Pros:

The convenience and the location.

Cons:

That I had to stand in hour line to check in after a long flight. Also the restaurant breakfast was not very nice. The rooms are tiny but I know that I was in Tokyo so this is the local standard.

Η καθαριότητα και η εξυπηρέτηση ηταν άψογες. Η τοποθεσία πολυ καλή. Ένα παρα πολυ καλο ξενοδοχείο που θα το προτιμούσα ξανά.

Cons:

Θα με ικανοποιουσε περισσότερο, αν το δωμάτιο ηταν λιγο μεγαλύτερο και τα μαξιλάρια λιγο πιο αφρατα.

快適なホテルですが、更にもうひと工夫を
Pros:

これまで4〜5回利用していますが、これまで同様、ほぼ快適な宿泊でした。部屋の広さや清掃も文句なし。朝食もビュッフェスタイルで美味しく頂きました。

Cons:

チェックイン時、とても混み合っていて整理券を渡され、チェックインまでに30分程度待たされた事、エレベーターで部屋に向かう際にキーカードをセンサーにタッチする必要がある旨の説明がチェックイン時になかったため、エレベーターがスムーズに作動せず、目的の階に行くまでしばらく時間がかかってしまった事がありました。
万一ロビーで説明忘れがあった場合でも、エレベーターの入口あたりに分かりやすい案内があったら、更に文句なしだったと思います。

Location, Respectful, Chicken Curry Pan.
Pros:

The staff is what made my stay memorable. Always so courteous and attentive to my needs. Yes, there was a language barrier but we got through it. I also looked forward to eating at the patisserie every morning!

Cons:

The key card to turn on the lights made it a little confusing at first but genius if you think about it.

Gutes Hotel in guter Lage!
Pros:

Es ist sehr zentral gelegen, man kann mit diversem ÖPNV zu allen Zielen gelangen. Das Wlan war auch sehr schnell.

Cons:

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen.

Always great Service
Pros:

As always staff accommodates to every needs
Outstanding service and help from Mr Takahashi working in concierge. Even stayed back without any hesitation till the end to help fix our airline ticket as we needed to get back urgently
Thank you for your assistance and kindness

Cons:

We do stay here often but this was the 1st time we felt the cleaning was up to standard
If I accidentally forgot to put the hair dryer it just stayed where I left it......
Plastic bag was just left on the floor,

Très grand hôtel bien placé
Pros:

chambre de dimension correcte, près de stations de métro et commerces de proximité. restaurants dans l'hôtel de très bonne qualité. Personnel réactif jour et nuit .

Cons:

A savoir que l'établissement est immense et un peu "froid" après plusieurs hôtels ou nous avons séjourné nous avons regretté cette distance . Petit bémol seul cet établissement nous à fait payer pour réserver un taxi .....

המלון ממוקם בין שתי תחנות רכבת תחתית, מרחק הליכה של דקות ספורות מכל אחת מהן, מסביב למלון כמה חניות נוחות, הצוות אדיב, שירותי ועוזר בכל מה שצריך, המלון נקי והחדר מאובזר בכל מה שצריך.
