Great hotel .
Pros:

Quiet clean rooms with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay.
Easy check in and out process and all the staff we dealt with were professional and friendly .

Un très bel hôtel, privilégier une chambre un peu plus grande
Pros:

Bel hôtel avec un équipement au top, un personnel aux petits soins, un petit-déjeuner extra et une situation très appréciable car très bien desservie. Cette étape nous a fait grandement apprécier Tokyo.

Cons:

La première chambre réservée était vraiment petite, contraignant de mettre la valise ouverte sous le lit.
Le surclassement nous a fait bénéficier d"une très belle chambre, bien sût avec un surcoût.

Great stay for first visit to Tokyo and concert at the Tokyo Dome
Pros:

As I was going to a concert in Tokyo Dome this hotel was fantastic and in walking distance. Also close to multiple stations and easy getting around in Tokyo. Loved the the layout of the room and the shower pressure was amazing.

Cons:

Not sure if I was unlucky but many things was out of stock the day I had breakfast at the hotel, so skipped it for the rest of my stay as it was not worth the price
