Great location.
Pros:

This hotel was a great stay for us, the rooms are super spacious and super clean. We got put on the top floor and the view out of the large window was amazing. The location is great as is it close to multiple different subway stations and only 25 mins away from Shibuya. The staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel itself has a lot of restaurants to pick from and even has a convenience store inside the hotel.

Cons:

The bathroom is pretty minimal, and doesn’t quite match the quality of the bedroom.

Pros:

Hotel is excellent value and has quick access to two main rail lines and is just a short 5 minute walk away from the Tokyo Dome, Hotel staff is friendly and quick to assist. Hotel is able to assist with forwarding luggage to other property's

Cons:

Room sizes lean towards the small, Even just as a solo traveler with just two luggage items if they were laid out would almost take the entire floor leaving only small walk spaces, rooms are really just for resetting and heading back out, Beds are high enough that luggage can be tucked away under the beds leaving space

Wonderful stay, nothing was too much trouble for most staff. Room facilities were spot on
Pros:

Outstanding service from staff at reception& door, location was great, would definitely stay here again. Housekeeping was excellent standard. Corner family room is a great size

Cons:

Breakfast was average, enough selection but small
amounts put out, displays of food didn’t inspire you to try didn’t foods

L'attente de la chambre a 15h sans salle de repos car avec un long voyage et jetlag ce nest pas évident de rester attendre a l'acceuil
