パッセンジャーへの居心地の良さを数々のサービスと知恵でおもてなし、又、来たいと心くすぐるホテル。

5Fのビューフロアーを開放しており、和歌山城、県立近代美術館、紀ノ川等をコーヒー（無料）を頂きながらじっくり楽しめた。又、フロアーを入ってすぐに観光用のパンフや和歌山の魅力を記述した小冊子も充実し、行き届いている。気をよくして夜も同場所に参り、夜景を堪能。１Fのカフェテリアは朝から地元の方々が嬉しそうに並んで待つほど、人気、
確かに美味なデザートでスタッフの方々の対応もよく居心地がよい。朝食会場もこの５Fであった、地元食材を活用した食事がずらりと並び、豪華、特にデザートに力を入れている、ホテルマンがにこやかに迎え、時折、話し掛けてくれ、ホテルらしい雰囲気を醸し出していた。（朝食代￥3000→2400で購入）次回も徳島港からフェリーで和歌山港に入り、このホテルに宿泊したいかと。次回は紀ノ川周辺を散策したい。

チェックイン後、エレベーターで宿泊フロアーである８Fボタンを押すが点灯しない、、あれ、15：00以降でないと宿泊フロアーにいけないのか？再びフロントに戻り、状況を説明、どうやらエレベータ内にある磁気に宿泊カードをかざす必要があったようで、、、多分、フロントスタッフの方は、チェックイン時に説明はしたであろうが？少し疲れ気味だったせいかよく聞いてなかったか、、重要インフォメーションは多忙な対応の中であろうとも、ゆっくり、しっかり伝える必要があるのではないか、、業務に追われた対応であったことが少し残念だったかと、、、

Pros:

駅に近く、お買い物やお食事に困ることのない立地でした。駐車場は商業施設と共有です、予約の必要もなく、フロントで1,000円払うと出し入れの度に認証してもらえます。スタッフもとても丁寧な応対でした。
