Nice hotel close to amenities
Pros:

The staff was very accommodating and helpful when questions were asked. I was impressed they had a gent to assist clients at the elevator to greet and help to use security of the elevator. The room was clean and bit larger than I had expected for a single room. For me the bed was comfortable but I prefer a more firm mattress to sleep on. I really liked that the hotel was so close to the JR train station and the local bus system. Restaurants were in the basement of the train station or the 5th floor of the Mio Dept. Store attached to the hotel.

快適に眠れました。クルマで行きましたので駅近なことの利便性はありませんでしたが、とにかく便利な場所にあります。

Cons:

駐車場が有料なこと、それからエレベーター案内係がいらっしゃって、そこに人件費使う？と思いました。

I would recommend this hotel.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel price was a very good value. Room size was generous. Excellent convenient location.

Cons:

Hard pillows. Leaky shower.
