这次是第二次入住，如果再有直接去新宫或纪伊田边计划的话，还是会选择住这。

友人に和歌山の良さを♥
Pros:

チェックインする時に、気持ち良く迎えて頂き、友人と昼食を食べに行く間、荷物を預かってくれて助かりました。地元に住む自分は初めての宿泊でしたが、友人達は喜んで寛いでくれて良かったです。

Cons:

朝食を申し込んで無かったので、コーヒーが飲みたかったけど、12時からとかで、朝、チェックアウト前にモーニングを食べようと、パスワードに行くつもりでしたが、10時からの営業で、近くの喫茶店も空いてなくて残念。最近は喫茶店が少ないのを痛感しました。観光に、和歌山城や和歌浦を案内して、ランチにはパスワードでの割引き券を利用しました。朝に飲み物の提供の場所が有ればと思いました。

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

Great location, right next to the JR station and shopping mall. Free coffee and tea at Guest Lounge from noon to 9pm. Helpful staff and comfortable room.

Cons:

Nothing.
One suggestion: It would be nice to have a microwave at the Guest Lounge.

Great location right next to Wakayama Station
Pros:

The hotel being right next to Wakayama Station was fantastic. Super easy to get from the hotel to any train or bus I wished to take. The staff were kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good, offering a variety of food.

Cons:

The rooms are quite small and cramped. There was not much of a view of the city from my room. The bathrooms were also somewhat small. I fit my luggage in the hallway of the room, with just enough room to walk past and keep things organized.
