Great Location but Hotel Just Okay
Pros:

My husband and I spent three nights here in a family-style room that included a king size bed and a set of bunkbeds. The room was quite crowded with all of the beds, a large standing mirror, and a desk. We felt cramped and we were just two adults. It's hard to imagine a couple with kids being comfortable in the same room. There was no communal eating area. There were no nightstands, which was very inconvenient for us as we both use CPAP machines and like to charge our electronics by our bedside. The walls seemed thin and we could hear noise from the room next door. There seemed to be no way to control the room temperature. The shower was great, but curiously, there were no facial tissues in the bathroom. We did appreciate the heated bathroom floor. The hotel website states that it offers laundry facilities on site, but it seemed like some of the staff were unaware of it. Ultimately, my husband was directed to a room that seemed to be a back of house area that the housekeeping staff would access. He was allowed to use the washing machine, but it took forever to wash and dry our clothes. The positive points for the hotel is that's in a great location, close to the harbor area, the opera house, and the Munch museum and attached to a mall. The staff were friendly. Overall, it was a decent stay for an okay price considering how expensive Scandinavia is in general, but there is definite room for improvement.

Pros:

När jag skulle hämta min väska önskade jag låna toaletten, då sa kvinna i receptionen att det inte fanns något kort ledigt, så jag kunde inte låna toaletten, vilket är anmärkningsvärt. Hon ansträngde sig inte för att få fram något kort, så jag fick betala för att gå på toaletten på centralstationen!

en dobbelseng og den andre var max 75 bred. en utslott bred stol.
men fikk byttet rom for 1500.- ekstra så det ble bra.
