Some staff lack subtlety when organizing. A bit abrupt
1. TV in room doesn't support Smart View. You will not be able to connect with your phone. The only way - HDMI to your laptop.
2. There is no lock in bathroom. Absolutely 0 sounds isolation in there.

I had a dinner reservation with my family,at the restaurant on the terrace on the 15th floor, and unfortunately the evening ended with a big disappointment. A waiter who didn't even serve our table, charged my bill for drinks from another table!!!! and when my wife went back to the restaurant to ask why we were charged for drinks that we didn't drink (2 beers, 2 limoncello, 2 glasses of wine), he had the nerve to say that I had ordered those drinks for another table!!! UNBELIEVABLE. I can't believe that someone could be so deceitful and malicious, and the hardest thing to understand is how he ended up working at a hotel of such status? How can you charge a bill to a table that you didn't serve? How is that possible?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain about the €300 security deposit that I have still not received.
Every time I contact you, I am told that the delay depends on my bank. However, I have already received other refunds without any issue, including a refund from Taxi Booking. Therefore, I would like to understand how this can still be considered a banking issue.
When you charged the €300 deposit, the amount was taken from my account immediately. However, when it comes to returning my money, the process is taking an unreasonably long time.
I would like you to provide me with the exact date on which the €300 refund was processed by your hotel, as well as any transaction or refund reference that can allow my bank to trace it.
This situation is completely unacceptable. I should not have to repeatedly contact you to recover my own money, especially when other refunds have already been received without any problem.
I expect a clear and precise response, including the date the refund was actually issued.

El mejor hotel de malaga sin duda y con garantía. Este hotel de verdad se merece 5 estrellas. No es justo clasificarlo con 4 estrellas. La seguridad del hotel 24h hay vigilantes por todos los lados. Todo el personal bien seleccionado y amables. El rooftop es un encanto. Para pasar una tarde y cenar. Volveré a malaga para estar en este hotel

To be honest, we like the location , the view, the service , the bed and the room. The staff and the personals was excellent. They are very kind, helpful, and friendly.

What we don't like is the food .the breakfast was very boring. The same food in Seven days. We are very disappointed...the food is not good quality.
The reasons why we choose Marriott hotel in Malaga because we expected that the food or the breakfast was the same in Marriott krakow. The breakfast there was very good quality and very much to choose
In fact, we look forward to eat the first breakfast, but we are only disappointed. The food is not worth with the price. It's more expensive compared in Marriott .krakow. i hope you will try to improve .
We ate also one evening in the restaurant on he top, but the meat or the beef that my husband ordered was so fatty. He only ate less than a half of the beef. And i ordered also a spare ribs, the meat was so smelly.
But The taste was good.
Sorry..i am only honest of what we had experienced.
