Pros:

Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was cleaned to perfection every day. Breakfast buffet was decent and the dining quarters were good. Gym was tidy but small.

Cons:

The pool situated on the rooftop was oddly placed next to the most popular bar in town. This led to guests trying to get some sun/bathing feeling like zoo animals on display for the walk-in guests that came to the restaurant. The two did not really match. Felt awkward. As the pool area was a huge thing for us booking the hotel, this was a let down. Another thing was the beds in the room were very squeaky and felt like the legs were loose. Could use an upgrade. Lastly you could hear a lot of noise from the halls through the door. As we were situated close to the elevator on the floor this was unfortunate.

Cons:

Some of your staff were a little curt at the entrance doors. You allowing the public onto the terrace/pool area was very disappointing, and meant that you compromised your staying guests from using the pool and terrace.

Very good hotel which could easily be a 10 if reception staff were more proactive and service minded

Reception staff were very slow and not very proactive / service minded. Elevators were super slow and often full.

Für 1 Nacht ok
Pros:

Behinderten - Toiletten und Zimmer waren ok.
Das Personal am Eingang, Reception, Bar waren alle super nett & hilfsbereit mit Mama…

Cons:

Es ist kein Neubau, irgendwie architektonisch verbaut, die Wände der Zimmer Braun und Möbel grau - also Deko ist Schlimm dort .
