Roseate House London

We had a lovely time. The hotel is in a fantastic location less than 5 minutes’ walk from Hyde Park. The room was lovely, very high ceilings, tasteful decor and comfortable bed. The food at breakfast was delicious. Most importantly though the staff were delightful and made us feel very welcome.

When I say I wish I could live at Roseate House in London, I mean it! This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I won’t stay at any other hotel in London. The hotel is beautifully decorated with a cozy and intimate feel. The rooms are spectacular, always clean, super soft beds, and have gorgeous views looking out onto leafy Westbourne Terrace or the cute mews.

The restaurant has delicious roast chicken, fish and chips, and the breakfast is lovely as well.

The staff are exceptional in attention to detail, friendliness, and care. They have gone above and beyond to make me feel at home every time I visit. Thank you, Krish & Team. You all are fantastic in all that you do and it is always a delight to stay at this hotel.

The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the surroundings. Our room was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, which made it a pleasure to relax in after a long day.

The breakfast was another highlight, offering a special and enjoyable start to each morning. Traveling with a little child can sometimes be stressful, but the team made it incredibly comforting for us. Everyone was so kind and playful with our child, which truly put us at ease.

My husband and I stayed at Roseate House this weekend for a belated birthday weekend away. The room was comfortable, the breakfasts were excellent and I'd like to call out Emma on reception specifically for going above and beyond with her service. She asked why we were in London, and we told her it was primarily for a classical music concert. She then planned the route for us to the concert venue, all without being prompted to, and told us that it was a couple of stops on the tube. The next morning, she'd checked out the number of stops while on her own journey to work, and noticed that she'd said 2 but it was only 1 stop so she made sure she caught us before we set off to ensure we knew. Fantastic attention to detail! I know where we'll be staying next time we come to London.

Perfect from start to finish. Our whole experience was superb. We arrived early and was just going to ask if we could leave our suitcase but we were offered an upgrade and was able to check in straight away. Our room was fabulous, everything was just so.
Every single member of the team were friendly and welcoming.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will hopefully return in the not too distant future.

The lovely Emma on reception was really helpful, giving us great suggestions for dinner & things to do in London which we took on board and had a great time! I absolutely adore this hotel. I will most certainly only stay here when visiting London. The location is great, but what makes this hotel a step above the rest is the service provided. I cannot praise the staff enough. Everyone was wonderfully helpful and went above and beyond. In particular Muhammad, Vishnu, Daniela, and Hamish were exceedingly kind and helpful.

We had such a lovely stay at Roseate House. The location is truly one of its best features set right by Hyde Park, the area is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, with great restaurants nearby. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and charm.

The room itself was spotless and very well maintained. I absolutely loved the style it has a classic, timeless feel that makes the stay even more special.

We were really looking forward to trying their afternoon tea but didn’t get the chance this time it looked absolutely lovely and is definitely something we would come back for.
