What a lovely place and kind people here.
Totally recommend to stay here via lovely rooms. Then, the location was perfect to walk around the London and park right next to the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Roseate. It's less than a 5 minute walk to Hyde Park which was very convenient, close to many restaurants and easy transport links. The staff was very friendly, especially Vishnu Hamish. I'll definitely come back with my family next time.
Some of the staff members were nice. The rooms are decent. The house is pretty. Very close to Paddington station & Hyde park.
They advertise on both Booking & Google as a 5-star hotel, but it really is a budget / mid-level hotel, just an expensive one. They are not rated by AA or VisitEngland, and for a reason - there's basically no way in which this matches the expectations of a luxury hotel - the bed is small, mattress is decent by pillows are tiny and hard as a rock. The shower is very old with an annoying angled head that doesn't work well. No 24-hour room service, no doorman to help you with the bags from outside (there is a doorman but he's not around most of the time we needed it, and he waits inside after the first flight of stairs - not an issue for a solo traveler but I had a baby with a stroller and lots of bags). Obviously no pool, Spa or gym. Restaurant is pretty bad, we had waffles that I'm pretty sure were warmed supermarket waffles. Wait was very long. Staff was a mixed-bag, some were lovely and some were not as lovely. Overall this is an okay place to stay if you just need a place to sleep close to Paddington station, but the marketing is simply false, and at $400 a night you can do a lot better.

Such a lovely place! Great location and super clear room. The staff is amazing. Buddhika and Eva were kind enough to help me correct my reservation. If you want a warm welcome, I deffinetly recommend this place.

We ate a wonderful meal in the garden, with well-cooked and delicious dishes. Binod was one of the best waiters I have ever met. He was considerate, polite, self-effacing but always there to supply our every need. Binod will go far in this business, I predict!

We recently stayed at The Roseate London and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant, and perfectly located, but what really made our stay memorable was the exceptional service we received.

Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. They were always happy to help and genuinely cared about ensuring we had the best possible experience.
It’s the people who often make a hotel stand out, and Hemish and Buddhika are a real credit to The Roseate London. We truly appreciated their kindness and hospitality.

Elegant large rooms .surprise upgrade to a large suite - lovely surprise for my last day in London . Thank you to Krish at front desk for excellent service and care. Wish I could stay longer. Highly recommend this boutique hotel tucked away amongst the greenery.
