Fabulous as always
Pros:

The staff are amazing - especially Emma - they will do anything to make stay pleasurable. Helpful, I stay a lot and feel like family . Can’t recommend more highly.

Lokalizacyjnie super ale wygody bez szału.
Pros:

Lokalizacja hotelu rewelacyjna. Blisko metro, dworzec i park.

Cons:

Niedziałająca winda. Mój pokój był na 4 piętrze i naprawdę były długie i wysokie schody.
Śniadanie bardzo dobre, ale zamawia się je z karty i czeka na przygotowanie ok. 20-30minut.

Hotel bardzo dobrze zlokalizowany – blisko stacji Paddington oraz Hyde Parku, co ułatwia poruszanie się po Londynie. Okolica spokojna i bezpieczna.
Pokój czysty, estetycznie urządzony i dobrze wyposażony. Łóżko wygodne, a łazienka zadbana. Obsługa bardzo uprzejma i pomocna, proces zameldowania przebiegł sprawnie.
Na plus zdecydowanie klimat boutique hotelu – kameralnie, stylowo, bez wrażenia masowości.
Jedyny drobny minus to stosunkowo niewielki problem z wifi, ale po zgłoszeniu rozwiązany przez menadżera hotelu.
Ogólnie bardzo udany pobyt – dobry stosunek jakości do ceny jak na standardy Londynu. Z chęcią wrócę ponownie

Great Location, Fantastic Staff & Food.. For the fee you can find better stays across London

Fabulous staff, great location & amazing food

Cons:

The room was cold during the night, The heating controls in the room dint not work correctly with an even of colder backdraft when it was switched on.

Booking.com also states the room is soundproof, this definitely wasn’t the case.
