I often avoid boutique hotels because of small rooms, compromised comfort. Roseate changed my mind.
Pros:

Boutique hotel that delivers modern comfort. Room attractively furnished, smooth linens, plush robes, welcoming staff, exceptional attention to detail. Fine location for access to Hyde Park, canal walks, restaurants and mass transit.

Cons:

Include the breakfast in all rates, not just some of the rates.

Pros:

Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή. Το μετρό δίπλα και κοντά στο κέντρο.

Cons:

Είναι ένα ικανοποιητικό 4αστερο. Το κρεβάτι ενώ έπρεπε να είναι διπλό ήταν δύο μόνα ενωμένα. Γενικά δεν έχει καλή ηχομόνωση.

Bonito, tranquilo y ubicación perfectto
Pros:

Todo el personal del hotel y , en especial, todas las personas de recepción son fantásticas.. Nos ayudaron mucho y nos aconsejaron muy bien. Un gran trabajo. Da gusto encontrar a gente tan profesional, amable y servicial. Desayuno a la carta muy bueno.El café me pareció destacable. La ubicación es estupenda, a 5 min caminando de Paddington station.

Cons:

Todo fue excelente en nuestra estancia. Hotel muy recomendable. Lo único que no nos resultó cómodo fue la ducha. La decoración del hotel es clásica y mantiene una bañera alta y la alcachofa de la ducha es fija lo q resulta incómodo.. El precio es elevado pero a la vista de los precios de Londres no lo es tanto.

Mejor recomendación!
Pros:

La ubicación es un 10 de 10, tener la estación Paddington te hace llegar al aeropuerto en tan solo 25 min, tiene múltiples conexiones con metro tren para llegar a las principales atracciones de Londres y lo mismo con las líneas de buses. El hotel es una maravilla y tiene muy bien pensado cada detalle de su decoración. El personal que atiende es demasiado amable y atento también.

We loved this hotel! Everyone went above and beyond to be helpful in every possible way. Hamish, Emma, and Daniela were especially kind and accommodating, and so personable! Ask Mark for restaurant recommendations if you need some- he’s fantastic. We would definitely come back.

Love this Hotel in Paddington, London
Pros:

This is my 3rd stay at Roseate House London and this beautiful little hotel just gets better. I love the traditional English atmosphere and the personal touch from the fabulous staff at Roseate House.
Vishnu and Hamish are great hosts and incredibly helpful and accommodating...nothing is too much trouble.
Roseate House is very conveniently situated less than a 5 min walk away from Paddington Station so it is an easy connection from Heathrow on the Heathrow Express. Also very close to both Lancaster Gate tube on the Central line and Paddington tube on Circle, District, City/Hammersmith, Bakerloo and Elizabeth lines.
Highly recommend Roseate House, Paddington London and i'm already looking forward to my next stay.
Thank you Vishnu and staff for making my stay great.
