Pros:

The staff were friendly and hospitable. The facilities were clean. A great location for good food and shopping.

This location missed the mark for a Hampton inn for me 😕

If you need a good place to stay in fultondale, this is it. Has lots of restaurants and stores very close to it as well
Pros:

Friendly staff, the place smelled very good and was clean, the breakfast was great. It’s not my first time staying here and I’m sure it won’t be the last. Highly recommend

Great stay but poor customer service
Pros:

Overall, I had a great stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the parking felt safe, with a restaurant conveniently located next door, which was very handy.
The only downside was the check-in experience. The front desk staff member who assisted me was quite unfriendly and did not engage in any conversation. As front-desk staff play a key role in shaping the customer experience, a more welcoming approach would go a long way in encouraging guests to return.
This may simply reflect a different service culture, but it was noticeably different from the warm and friendly hospitality I am used to in New Zealand.
