Excellent! We will stay again.
Pros:

The room was newly decorated, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were awesome, the bathroom was clean and very functional, great blackout curtains, excellent room layout. We loved eveything about the room and the entire hotel!

Cons:

The bathtub was a little slippery.

What a gem in beautiful Boone, NC
Pros:

Breakfast and location were amazing. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel me all our needs.

Cons:

The rooms aloud some outside noise but it was not unbearable.

La limpieza de todas las areas en general, las canecas llenas de basura, la habitación nunca la arregalron a pesar de solicitarlo. La mala cara y falta de gentileza de las personas de la cocina, mesas sucias ... La habitación confortable.

Below expectations
Pros:

Location was excellent - close to Restaurants Lowe, Lion's Food, Starbucks. Parking available anytime at no cost. Breakfast very good.

Cons:

I booked a king suite for 2 days with 572$ through Booking.com. I called the Hotel and ask the Front Desk if there is Separation between the living where sofa is located and the king bed. I was told there is a door in between and can be seen in some pictures. Based on this statement of the Hotel I made my reservation. When I got the room there was no separation and this was a major inconvenience. We were 2 different families kids and parent sleeping in the same room. At the Front Desk when we reached to the hotel, they stated there is no separation between the king and the sofa room. I could have had a similar king suite room with 420$ at another hotel. Not happy overall. Will not get back to this hotel.

Pros:

The hotel is clean and fairly new, which was nice. However, there were a few drawbacks. The card reader at the reception didn’t work, which caused some inconvenience. It was very windy during our stay, and the noise was quite loud in our room because the wind was blowing through a gap between the balcony door and the wall, making it hard to sleep. Breakfast was also very busy, with limited seating and not enough food available.
