Our visit/overnight to this hotel was great!
Pros:

Accessible, easy parking, with a fun pumpkin contest display in the lobby.
I loved the guest laundry area, and to wash and dry a load cost only $1.
The breakfast area and living/visiting area was so clean, comfortable, and inviting. We brought in our dinner from across the street and enjoyed it there while waiting for our laundry to process. Everything was bright and clean and comfortable.

Good value, good quality.
Pros:

The rooms were large and the bathroom was also large and well-equipped. Breakfast was substantial and good quality. I liked the "Vote for the best pumpkin" display and enjoyed putting my vote in! I liked that I received a goodie bag as a loyal member. That was a special treat!

Cons:

Really, it was all just excellent.

Pros:

Location, cleanliness, breakfast

Cons:

The toilet didn't work well, and the dirty ventilation grilles stood out against the general cleanliness.
