Hotel for funeral from hell!
Pros:

The refrigerator was already broke when we entered room. They had to bring a new one. Air conditioner broke, had to fix the next morning! Room carpet very dirty, no handicap towel bars in shower. 1/2 roll of toilet paper no extra. Only cream and sugar for one person, we had two in our party. No fans in bathroom for steam or bathroom smell!! No one spoke very good English!! I would never advise anyone to ever stay there!! Really disappointing, and not that cheap!!

Conveniently off the freeway, easy to find. Near by park and ride shuttle to Hollywood Bowl!

Great place to stay.
Pros:

We did not eat at the hotel, but there were plenty of places nearby to eat. Easy access to dining, freeway on/off ramps. It was in a cute neighborhood. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were wonderful - very friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

Cons:

The only issue we had was that the hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty, but once I called it in, a staff member was at our door within 5 minutes with a replacement. This was the worst thing we experienced. Otherwise, for us, it was the perfect place to stay!

Great Choice
Pros:

This is a great value considering the location and accommodations. It's pet friendly which was a deciding factor for my family's last minute travel needs, but it is also well maintained and they are good about keeping the dog areas separate and communicating pet policies and concerns.

The breakfast was excellent, and I really liked the pool and jacuzzi.

Cons:

The bathroom needs cosmetic repairs: the toilet seat was broken, the bathtub has yellow stains, and there are large yellow stains on the ceiling.
