El hotel es tal cual de las fotos, el personal que me atendió fue amable.
Considero que su limpieza puede mejorar, la cocina no es como uno espera no hay ningún tipo de vajilla y eso si es incómodo si no te informan al ingresó. El cambio de toallas tiene que hacer uno mismo, no esperes que ellos hagan el aseo de la habitación.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and the reason I keep coming back is because the manager is truly fantastic. The atmosphere here is wonderful, and she's always very helpful. Honestly, she's the best manager anyone could ask for; she loves her job and takes great pride in her work. Checking in has always been smooth and easy. She greets you warmly and makes you feel truly welcome, which makes the experience even better.

If you are looking for an extended stay location where you actually feel comfortable and cared for, this is the place. The location couldn't be better—it's conveniently situated near main roads, dining, and shopping, which makes staying here for an extended period effortless.
What keeps people coming back is the consistency and the quality of care. The room service and housekeeping staff are top-tier—always friendly, prompt, and keeping the rooms spotless and well-maintained.
The biggest shoutout, however, goes to the General Manager, Okie. To be completely honest, before Okie took over, this property was struggling with upkeep and inconsistent service. But since Okie came on board, the turnaround has been absolute night and day. She brought higher standards, incredible attention to detail, and a guest-first attitude that reflects in the entire staff. You can tell she truly takes pride in running a great hotel.
Thanks to Okie’s leadership and the team's hard work, I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else when I'm in town!

The room was dirty not clean at all, trash cans had trash in them, no soap or shampoo.

The rooms were dirty. There was blood on the wall into the bathroom. The beds weren’t comfortable at all. The water pressure was not good either. People got into a huge fight swearing and throwing things at 1:00 am

Fridge, cabinets, counters, couch, and chair. Broken and missing pieces. This room belongs on a Jerry springer show! It was most disfunctional hotel room I have ever seen.

Dirty, old, the door was like not closed,
Nothing really. I though I selected another hotel and accidentally booked this one. Tonight I’m staying in a much nicer hotel for only $5 more and it’s a huge relief to not be there.
There were stains on the wall, cat scratches on the furniture, there was water damage in the side table, it smelled like cigarette smoke and there was a drunk man outside yelling the N word at like midnight.

Staff was helpful ish. The room was fine space wise.
The mattress protectors have never been washed on the bed and the pull out sofa. Multiple nasty different stains over time. They change the top sheets but not the one closest to the mattress. The top of the f4idge is dirty. The floor is dirty. It is just really not clean. And even though that area is not necessarily bad on its own, the people around were a little suspicious. Lots of loitering.
