Excellent accommodations and very quiet floor
Staffing was okay
My package was included king bed and breakfast. At my big surprise no king bed was available. I was informed that my package did not included breakfast
Ungrounded garage became a party spot loud music etc
I like that it got free, unlimited coffee and tea for you to drink anytime I also like that it got earbuds for you to use on the equipment when exercising

The bartender on Saturday night she was friendly and engaging. She was the only one that was pleasant.
The hotel was dirty, entering the parking lot large pot hole,
Saturday afternoon we walked into the hotel and so
Done spilt milk. 4 employees behind the desk sitting and not cleaning up the spill.
They doubled charged us and it took several conversations to resolve. We were not the only Guest that had this problem. Witnessed multiple people checking in and out with being over charged. Why would this be happening?

I ask for two queen size it wasn’t available advertising free breakfast and we had paid false advertising
The hotel is very close to my work. Its very convenient location for me. The staff in reception is amazing, very attentive and polite.

when we got there, hopusekeeping hadn't properly cleaned the fridge before we checked in, and we wanted to put some wine in the mini fridge, which didnt fit because THERE WAS FOOD IN THERE FROM THE PREVIOUS GUESTS, so the bottle of wine slid out and crashed in the floor, we of course asked for someone to come up to the room to clean it but, nobody came until very late the next day, so i had to clean it with a towel, and just be sure not to walk barefoot, keep in mind the mini fridge is infront of the bathroom so, of course it was very hard not to walk barefoot right there...
Also the next night, when my boyfriend and i asked for extra pillows, he had to go get them from the front desk, and at this moment, when he wanted to come back upstairs, the elevator (the only one working atm) stop working...
The room was nice and spacious.It all went downhill from there.
Unable to use the pool which is the reason I paid more than I would normally. The pool was listed as heated but the water was probably 65 degrees. I was told it’s normally around 80 but they added water to it which made it too cold to use. There were other people that didn’t go in because it was too cold as well. They went in the hot tub. We didn’t use the hot tub because of medical reasons. So we ended up just going to sleep early. Then when we got up early so we could have breakfast before going on to our destination. We were told we had to pay for it which I was under the impression it was included in our room price. So although your staff and room was good it was a big disappointment for my sister and I who are on fixed incomes and would never have spent what we did on your hotel. I guess from now on I will have to specifically ask the temperature of the pool and clearify if breakfast is included.
