En hotels.com me dijeron que nos iba a mandar una botella de vino

Y marque al hotel y me dijeron que no se podia pero que me podian decorar la habitacion y llegamos despues de la ceremonia y nadie nos dejo nada de sorpresa ni botella ni decoracion…

El cuarto muy pequeño pero la vista espectacular

Todo estuvo excelente pero lo que arruino por completo mi experiencia y la de mi familia es que los climas no enfriaban, no dormimos en toda la noche del calor, muy amable el personal fue a checarlo en la madrugada, limpiaron los filtros y pensaron ya enfriaria pero no fue asi, toda la noche empapados y muertos de calor, super triste porque el hotel esta HERMOSOO!

Mi única recomendación es que estaría perfecto tener un frigobar en la habitación.

Me dejaron deseando más, sobre todo por el precio.
Pros:

No funcionó el clima de mi habitación y nos tuvieron que cambiar. El agua de las regaderas era o agua ardiente o helada. En la mañana se escuchaba a los trabajadores haciendo mucho ruido o en el celular a todo volumen, tuvimos que pedirle al trabajador que baje el volumen. La comida esta rica y la atención de los meseros y recepcionistas es buena.

Excelente lugar para pasar un fin de semana, todos los servicios y atenciones por parte del hotel fueron excelentes. El único comentario a mejorar son la temperatura del agua de la alberca, está sumamente fría. También dentro de las habitaciones del cuarto piso, se escucha todo el ruido de los pasillos, vallet parking y lobby.

Es un lugar muy cómodo con una muy bonita vista, excelente servicio de los trabajadores, la habitación estándar tienen un diseño de vanguardia pero muy pequeña a mi gusto siento que está muy junto todo.

Está muy bonito el lugar, súper bonitas las instalaciones, limpias y con algunas actividades de entretenimiento. Fuimos con nuestros hijos pequeños y disfrutaron mucho el lugar, también está ideal para ir en parejas. Mi única observación es que falta personal. La gente muy amable.
