Pros:

Woken up a 4:20 AM, garbage truck was loud & beeping for over an hour, 2 days in a row & had to move rooms. Most of the staff acted like there was no problem & no other complaints. However, someone did admit this was a problem & other guests had complained about.

Cons:

Noise at 4:20 AM to 5:30 AM

I stay here each time I visit Atlanta. The staff is very nice and professional. The environment is very clean and up to date. The rooms are very comfortable.

I would stay here again.
Pros:

Staff was great & the location is great.

Cons:

This is a hard one as I also own rentals & know how difficult it is to please everyone, but for me the mattress was uncomfortable.

That you had no parking. The parking garage is outrageous and you couldn't come and go without having to pay those high rates. So we didn't utilize the hotel as much as we wanted to
