Best stay we’ve had in a while- even compared to some of these so called 4 & 5-star hotels.

Breakfast was amazing. Everything was so clean. I wish I wouldve gotten the lady’s name, but I didnt. She deserves MEGA praise. She really should be running the expectations for all of your Hampton Inns.
This is THE BEST that my husband and I have experienced. Even during rush, she kept things clean, and stocked. Literally should be the standard.
She provided a level of excellence that we really appreciated.
I even went to her to say thank you and give her some words of encouragement.

Front desk- super efficient at check in. Cedric was his name.
So much so, my husband and I as soon as we walked back out to our car, we were talking about it. Super professional. And also dressed professionally.
Its rare to see front desk professional now. So it was a breath of fresh air.

Then we got to the room- WOW! I was blown away. So so clean, especially the bathroom. You can always tell when a superficial job was done and when a thorough job was done. This person was thorough. And awesome attention to detail, loved it.

Cons:

Phenomenal hotel and location
Pros:

Everything, the staff was very accomadating and our king suite was phenomenal and comfortable. You are a 6 min. Walk to truist park and in a very great location for food and other services

Cons:

The price, but bring in the location that it is in, I can't expect much less. We wouldve stayed a few more nights if it costed a little less.

Dont expect your incidental fee to be refunded.

Cons:

The parking space was extremely small. They didn't have enough space for the pets to run. Also our incidental fee has not been refunded. Still waiting.
