Pros:

A 4-star hotel ideally located in Cebu, right in the heart of IT Park, the modern and very safe district of the city.

Everything is nearby: restaurants, cafés, services, and a shopping mall directly connected to the hotel, which is very convenient when staying in Cebu.

The hotel offers a warm welcome, modern facilities, and a rooftop pool with a beautiful view over the city. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a good variety and quality food.

Cons:

However, considering the price and the standards expected from this type of hotel, we give 4 stars instead of 5 for the following reasons.

I booked a king-size bed room, but upon arrival we were given a room with two single beds. After a long day of travel, I had to insist to receive the room I had booked, which took about 45 minutes before we could finally settle in.

During check-in, the staff tried to charge an additional 2,000 pesos for my child, even though the reservation clearly stated that the rate was for three people. After insisting, the extra charge was quickly removed. It felt a bit unprofessional and could easily lead to unnecessary charges if guests are not careful.

There was a slight humidity/sewer smell when entering the room.

At breakfast, my order was forgotten, and I had to go to the kitchen to remind them. These things can happen, but it’s not ideal for this level of hotel.

No coffee available in the room, which is a bit surprising for a hotel of this category.

These are small details, but they often make the difference between a good 4-star experience and a truly excellent one. We have stayed in other 4- and 5-star hotels in Asia where the level of service and room amenities was slightly higher.

We were therefore a bit disappointed compared to the expectations we had, especially as this hotel is considered one of the top hotels in Cebu.

Despite these points, it remains a very pleasant hotel experience in Cebu, especially thanks to its excellent location in IT Park.

樓下有幾間餐館和robinson超市，房間小小的但是有簡易廚房，可以看到市景跟一點點海景

Heerlijk verblijf in de stad met ruime kamer
Pros:

Heerlijk rustige plek met fijn zwembad en gym. Housekeeping was perfect en heel fijn dat je in je kamer een soort kitchenette hebt.

Lage in Ordnung. In Cebu geht man ohnehin nicht zu Fuß. Zimmer ok.
