Pool bar was average
I’d prefer it to be a better meeting spot for entertaining people
Supposedly a nice 4 star hotel in a nice location with rooftop pool and parking and the excellent restaurant for the breakfast buffet
The arrogant staff, the unprotected from the wind and therefore cold outside pool, the badly maintained bathroom with broken appliances and way too low water pressure as well as the water changing from warm to cold, unfriendly personnel at the pool bar, badly maintained pool surrounding, no welcome drink, nobody around to carry your luggage
great location, close to Mango Avenue, safe robinsons and all amenities close and near
wasn’t anything i didn’t like about the properties. perhaps a few cockroaches ( hate bugs) but just a little surface stay fixes that

The location was convenient. The staff were extremely helpful. The room was spacious and comfy.

Great location for a restful stopover in Cebu, room was very clean and comfortable with great kitchen facilities. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Lovely pool which we used all day before flying home. Shops nearby to pick up essentials.
Not a criticism, but this is very much apartments, not a hotel - there is no bar/ you can't get alcohol in the restaurant and the pool bar didn't open all day, so we had to leave to get food and drinks.
Staff was very friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious and had a great view. Everything was perfect.
Central location, easy to get to, safe and secure, excellent staff at reception, security and breakfast. The included breakfast was a varied and high quality buffet.
There was lift maintenance while we were there and at times only 1 of the 3 lifts worked. The TV only allowed you to “cast” from a Windows or Android device, meaning we couldn’t watch any of our own streaming services.

Room wasn't cleaned properly, found someone else dirty socks left in the room next to the couch and toilet paper was already almost ran out when I checked in. Toilet roll holder was also broken and came off I just fixed it myself though so wasn't a big deal. All these were all easy fixes and I feel were probably a once off for this hotel as the service was great.

Zimmer nicht sauber. Wasser an der Dusche nicht mit Druck, wegen der Höhe der Etage. Man konnte sich mit Schwierigkeiten duschen. Zimmer ziemlich klein.
