Quiet rooms, close to great concerts.
Pros:

Breakfast was a great experience. The food was fresh and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed it every day. Everything was clean. During the last breakfast, we were so excited to meet a sound technician from RUSH!

From the room, we could see the airplanes but thankfully we couldn't hear them. The ride from AEROPUERTO BENITO JUAREZ was a breeze: less than 20 minutes.

Cons:

We were a little disappointed the restaurant was all booked for dinner the first night we arrived. However, the hotel is located above a moll and we were able to locate other nearby options.
The gym was a little warm. I guess is good for the muscles, but it was a little too much for me.

Hotel de primera calidad con personal altamente servicial y amable
Pros:

Excelente ubicación si tienes evento en palacio de los deportes y muy cerca del aeropuerto

Debajo del nivel acostumbrado. Muy buena opción y servicio
Pros:

Excelente ubicación y cama comfortable. Personal atento y shuttle puntual.

Cons:

Personal no muy amable para check inn. Las regaderas necesitan mantenimiento . Falta de jabón en lavabo y poco surtidos los dispensadores de la regadera. Algunas toalas muy desgastadas con rasgaduras inclusive.

Las cortinas que se mueven solas fue genial, primera vez que veo algo asi, por el precio estuvo e excelente y ademas esta cerca del aerpuerto, perfecto para cuando tengas que hacer escala en cdmx.
