The staff was very helpful and kind. One of the bartenders was so knowledgeable and gave us several options for planning our trip.

Brilliant, not sure why its 2 star!

Clean and comfortable room. Wish I'd had more time to enjoy it. Would book again if in the city.

Loved the location. The ground floor has a bookstore, and I found a fabulous book in English with several suggested walks in Wroclaw. Also, the church I really wanted to see is right across from the hotel. The room was quiet and comfortable.

The accommodation is very well located, a few minutes walk from the city centre. The room was comfortable and clean.

Wonderful location and staff. Steps away from the Opera house. A few more steps to several tram stops. And a short walk to the central square.

The location is perfect. Lovely bakery around the corner.
Very close to Wroclaw center.
Super friendly staff. Hotel is eco friendly.
Single beds are very small and narrow. I am not sure if this is standard in Poland.

Great hotel in central location which is excellently priced. Staff were helpful and resolved room requests such as extra towels. Room was clean and we were aware there wasn’t room service every day so no issues for us. Can’t remember ever staying at a cheaper hotel which was so good would definitely stay again.

Esperienza positiva.
Hotel centralissimo, personale gentile, pulito, letti comodi, colazione buona però prevalentemente salato, pochi dolci. Lo consiglio e se capita ci tornerò.

Litt små rom, og smale senger. Litt dårlig service i resepsjonen da de ikke kunne bestille taxi til oss neste morgen. Vi fikk et telefonnummer og ringte selv. Så det ordnet seg. Flott beliggende i gamlebyen.

Excellent check-in experience with very pleasant and welcoming staff. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and everything was exceptionally clean.

Ottima posizione molto centrale, con ristoranti e alimentari oltre alla fermata del bus per aereoporto, la stanza funzionale ma molto piccola, assurdo che in un letto matrimoniali ci fossero 2 coperte separate,pulizia solo a richiesta....le ragazze della reception non molto educate,evitavano anche il saluto

Great location near the center

Sehr modernes und sauberes Hotel. Der Service war sehr gut und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Gefühlt hat es eher 3 Sterne und nicht nur 2.
Lediglich der Frühstücksraum war ungemütlich kalt und hatte nur ein verhältnismäßig kleines Fenster.

La habitación era muy pequeña, las camas muy pequeñas y un poco incómodas. Además se escuchaba bastante los ruidos de la calle. Nuestra habitación daba a un callejón. Sólo lo necesitábamos para dormir y guardar las maletas al día siguiente. Fueron muy amables y además estaba muy cerquita de la plaza del mercado a menos de 5 minutos andando.
