Location was quite good as on the main route between the centre and the main bus station and close enough to the main tourist attractions. The desk staff were friendly and helpful.. Breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

Whilst the room was o.k. unfortunately it was an enclosed inside room without a windows facing outside which you could open with access to some view and fresh air. There was little natural light in the room and it was a cold room - maybe in Summer it might be better. On the first morning the shower water was cold. The second morning it was a bit better but inconsistent.

Preço excelente, recepção maravilhosa, tudo limpinho. Café da manhã satisfatório e o melhor, perto de tudo, fiz tudo a pé. Espero voltar mais vezes para este Hotel.

Hotel tudo limpo e silencioso, fica bem pertinho do palácio de cristal. O café da manhã é bom, só o café que a garrafa não dá conta de deixar quentinho, mas tem microondas pra esquentar. Como a gente foi com a intenção de assistir o jogo do Brasil foi bom, mas não tem streaming pra quem quiser isso. No caso foi na Bauerfest e para o jogo foi muito bom. De tudo o que mais gostei foi o silêncio, era o que eu buscava, e a facilidade de ser pertinho do palácio de cristal. Amei e voltaria mais vezes,com certeza. Pra ficar melhor só comprar uma garrafa de café simples, de plástico , antiga, daquelas que mantém o café quente o dia todo, e colocar uma Netflix que ficará perfeito ♥️♥️
