Excelente, sempre que vou a Petrópolis me hospede nesse hotel. Café da manhã é variado, muito bem organizado e a localização é ótima para as minhas finalidades.

Pros:

As oltolhas estação extremamente limpas e cheirosas. O quarto é o banheiro limpo, fica localizado no centro da cidade, perto de tudo. O atendimento dos funcionário é 10, eu e meu namorado ficamos muito felizes com a forma que a recepção nos recebeu , eles levam até seu pedido do ifood no quarto. Eu super indico .

Cons:

Faltou um tv com Wi-Fi para pormos uma Netflix (da nossa conta) , o banheiro precisa de uma reforma . E o horário do café da manhã poderia ser mais cedo, nós saímos às 6h e não podemos aproveitar o café da manhã .

O preço. Muito caro para ser limitado demais. Para ter um banheiro no quarto seria muito mais caro e no booking não avisou que eu estava me hospedando em um quarto sem banheiro. Achei muito triste isso.

Saímos do hotel a pé para conhecer a cidade, fica super bem localizado.

Gostei da localização e dos funcionários do atendimento inicial

Cons:

Quarto no 4° andar com degraus altos e no último andar sem corrimão. Para dois idosos foi cansativo.
