Convenient location
No hot water.
There was something in the room upon check in that was being used to eliminate odor.
I liked the bed, I slept good, it was comfortable for a hotel bed. I liked the cleanliness of the property start to finish! I like Starbucks in the building.
I didn’t like that I paid extra for breakfast included and I was told that breakfast was for sale at the Starbucks. When I went to the Starbucks, I paid $13 for my coffee. I seen a menu that was tossed on the counter that said core breakfast and it consisted of stuff like a croissant a blueberry muffin I don’t know just microwavable pastries. I did not ask if that was considered “my paid for breakfast,” . Because I didn’t feel like I wanted any of it ,if it was free.
There's a lot to dislike:
Booking.com & Courtyard don't seem to communicate.
We prepaid our room (including taxes + fees) + paid extra for breakfast---Courtyard claimed to know nothing about any of it.
We were charged additional $5/night for parking & +$20 for incidentals.
Like: Double room was large, clean, comfortable & quiet.
Service was poor & they attempted not to honor our prepayment of room rate, fees, taxes & breakfast or to double charge us.
When provided, the "hot" breakfast ordeted from a menu was served at room temperature & service was underwhelming.
Gym: Only 1 working treadmill out of 3 there.
Microwave located in the hallway near elevators & ice machine.
Paid wifi-what are you asking? Did I pay for it, does the complimentary wifi work???
They nickle and dime you to death. Six dollars for in room water. Five dollars to park, this hotel is not located in French Quarter. The staff as if they were doing you a favor.
