Rooms need attention to detail

Cons:

For the first room seemed in-process of being cleaned. The sink had soapy water filling the basin. The TP was sitting in the bedroom, the used roll still mounted next to the toilet. Tried to call front-office, but the in-room phone was disconnected, no power cable. The second room felt tired, cup holder in table next to chair was full of debris. Overall cleaning was disappointing

There were a few housekeeping issues during our visit, the staff was pleasant and we appreciate that
Pros:

The location was close to major retailers including restaurants, shopping, etc.

Cons:

The room smelled heavily of bleached. At first we thought it was coming from the bathroom, but found it was in one of the two bedrooms. It was so heavy that we questioned weather to report it to the front desk, but since we understood there were not other available suites available, we opened all the windows and slept in the other room.

Very disappointed and I feel I should be reimbursed some of the money I paid for this hotel

The location was OK…

Cons:

The hotel didn’t have any clean towels, one day out of the three… Also, there was no ice available at all one day out of the three, they only have one ice machine for the entire hotel… The television in the bedroom didn’t work and when I asked them to fix it, no one ever came so I pulled it out myselfand tightened all of the wires in the back and finally it worked

Was quiet, the 24/7 coffee in the lobby was a huge plus - thank you!
Pros:

No breakfast provided. We had a kitchenette & made our own meals.

Cons:

There could have been a few more eating utensils & perhaps a small bottle of dish soap since using the dishwasher was not economical for 2 people. Also a scrubby pad since trying to clean the flying pan was challenging.

I did forget to mention at our check out that the microwave was a bit burned on the inside and not all the button worked except for the reheat.

Quiet, comfortable and clean. Slept good highly recommend.
Pros:

The location was great. Quiet area with beautiful landscaping. Everything seemed new it was super clean. Although there was no continental breakfast served the coffee was killer meaning you won't find any better around. Our rooms were clean everything we needed was there and spacious. The front desk staff was great all you needed to do was ask. Location was a bit away from Salem yet I am glad it was. Transportation like Lyft and Uber were super fast to get here and an easy way to get around without having to park and walk miles. Highly recommend this place. No noise was at this location that we noticed. Stayed 3 nights during the weekend and all was good.

Cons:

No breakfast but no biggie there were plenty of places in the area to grab that.
