Pros:

The staff was very nice! The area itself is convenient. There are stores and restaurants close by and you are only 30 minutes from attractions.

Cons:

The room was not as clean as I would have liked it to be. We had to ask for new towels, and the lighting was very dim.

Have stayed for short visit in the past. This visit was 5 days but will not be repeated.

Staff was unable to answer many inquiries do to language barriers. Staff was not responsive to request for missing

Cons:

I was told that my room had been overbooked (as was the single woman in line ahead of me, who check-in agent sent to a Holiday Inn nearby); he tried to do that to me, but I refused and demanded to stay in the room I had reserved a month ago, and had driven 5 hours that day to get to; suddenly my booked room became available; magic? discrimination? Hmmmmm

Good deal for one night stay
Pros:

Parking there was for free- room had kitchen and dishwasher to use

Cons:

We only had one towel for two- the receptionist said they would bring the other one but that never happened

Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

The room was great! We loved sitting outside on the patio. All the guests we encountered outside were very friendly to talk to. Staff was really good.

Cons:

The toilet being really low to the floor and being right next to the sink counter was uncomfortable.

Affordable and convenient location for a visit to MA North Shore
Pros:

Very efficient layout. Location was perfect for me. Good selection of items for sale in the office area - including an amazing microwaveable breakfast!

Cons:

Issues with key card/lock on door to building. I think the chair in my unit was supposed to be a recliner but it didn’t work.

A decent base for Boston and Salem for a couple nights
Pros:

Good suites and location, comfy beds and decent bathrooms.

Cons:

Felt a bit damp/cold. Noisy neighbours using the BBQ facilities

Pros:

Location was good. Secluded. Quiet. Room was clean and the layout was very nice.

Cons:

Strong chemical smell in the room. Bathroom soap only came in liquid form. No toothpaste provided. Luckily I brought my own. Room key gave me issues. Had to swipe multiple times 3-4x to open doors.

Filthy hotel, lazy staff, be prepared to do most of what you lay them for on your own.
Pros:

The location was convenient.

Cons:

Filthy! The staff was late to prepare our room. They made us wait 45 minutes past their recommended check in time. Then they made us wait in line a second time to get our room keys. There was one person telling everyone their rooms weren’t ready or were partially ready. They don’t clean, and their staff does absolutely nothing. Be prepared to clean your space on your own.

Short and sweet, but comfortable.
Pros:

The room was great and very spacious.

Cons:

Our room had a pretty bad odor to it. But we had someone come and try to get rid of it. Unfortunately it didn’t work the greatest. But the staff tried and we appreciated that. So we stuck it out for our stay. It was still a very nice room and we had a very nice stay overall.

Worth more than I paid! Excellent rooms with excellent amenities and it was very clean.
