Very convenient
Fridge didn't keep cold my food went bad
Very efficient layout. Location was perfect for me. Good selection of items for sale in the office area - including an amazing microwaveable breakfast!
Issues with key card/lock on door to building. I think the chair in my unit was supposed to be a recliner but it didn’t work.
The location to Salem was perfect . The restaurants were close. The room was spacious and clean.

Location was good. Secluded. Quiet. Room was clean and the layout was very nice.
Strong chemical smell in the room. Bathroom soap only came in liquid form. No toothpaste provided. Luckily I brought my own. Room key gave me issues. Had to swipe multiple times 3-4x to open doors.
The location was convenient.
Filthy! The staff was late to prepare our room. They made us wait 45 minutes past their recommended check in time. Then they made us wait in line a second time to get our room keys. There was one person telling everyone their rooms weren’t ready or were partially ready. They don’t clean, and their staff does absolutely nothing. Be prepared to clean your space on your own.

The room was great and very spacious.
Our room had a pretty bad odor to it. But we had someone come and try to get rid of it. Unfortunately it didn’t work the greatest. But the staff tried and we appreciated that. So we stuck it out for our stay. It was still a very nice room and we had a very nice stay overall.

Cleaning of the room was not done the entire time we were there. Carpet was sticky in many areas. we covered them with towels we had to request every day.
